If you are on a low carb diet and you miss lasagna, this dish will satisfy your taste buds. Eggplant lasagna is a low carb and delicious dish.
Ingredients you need to prepare it are:
- 1 large eggplant
- 2 cups crushed tomato
- 1 cup mozarella cheese
- 1 onion - 250g lean beef meat
- 3 cups skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- White pepper
- Black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
Eggplant's preparation method:
- Slice the eggpland tgen brush it with olive oil and bake it in the oven on 180 degrees for 10 min on each side.
Meat's preparation method:
- Cut the onion into cubes and put in a pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil then add the meat, salt and black pepper. Cook it for 15 minutes. Then add the crushed tomato and pesto sauce and cook it for another 10 minutes.
White sauce's preparation method:
- In a sauce pan, put the milk with the oat flour, salt and white pepper. Mix it well then put it on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Eggplant lasagna's preparation method:
In a baking tray put a layer of white sauce then eggplant layer then meat layer. Repeat this step again and put another layer of eggplant and finally a layer of mozarella cheese. Bake it in the oven for 10 minutes and serve ot hot.
This is my favorite healthy pizza! Cauliflower crust pizza is low in calories and super delicious.
Ingredients you need:
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- pinch of salt
Preparation method is as following:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line an oven tray with baking sheet.
- Put the cauliflower in a food processor to get cauliflower rice. Transfer cauliflower rice to a bowl and put it in the microwave for 10 min then remove the extra water from it using a napkin.
- Add the egg and parmesan cheese and salt to thr cauliflower rice and mix it well.
- Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and flatten it using your hands.
- Bake for 20 minutes then add tomato sauce and mozarella cheese or any topping you love then put it again in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Served with love is what makes this plate super delicious! To prepare the chicken alfredo with fettucine dish you need:
2 tablespoons vinegar
half teaspoon of white pepper
200g fettucine pasta
1/2 cup diced mushroom
2garlic gloves minced
1 box of light fresh cream (12%fat) from @elleetvireleb
pinch of salt
And the preparation method is as following:
- Cut chicken in strips. Season with salt and white pepper then add the vinegar and oil. - Boil the pasta in boiling water for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, put olive oil with garlic then add the mushroom. Pour fresh cream into pan, add aalt and cook for 10 minutes.
- Grill the chicken and add it to the cream mixture.
- Finally add the pasta to the chicken and cream and cook for 10 minutes.
Decorate the plate with cheese.

So let's prepare it in a healthy way this valentine. Here is my healthy pasta recipe:
- 250g lean minced meat
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tomatoes crushed
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- one cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 250g whole wheat pasta from @barillame
- Put the onion in a pan with the oil then add the garlic and heat until they both turn brown. Add the meat, oregano, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and water. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile cook the spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Drain well. - Mix the pasta and the meat sauce in a pan and cook all together for 10 minutes on medium heat.
-Serve it in a form of heart and don't forget to add parmesan cheese on top for extra love 😍😍😍
