So as you are aware these boots are no longer being made and they are my all-time favorite boots. I’ve been wearing them 9 months of the year for the last 10 years. They are by far and away the most celebrated boot we’ve ever sold. When we found out that these were no longer being made we bought out stock from the company. Now it’s time for us to face reality as some sizes are already completely sold out.

Building a quick table for a needy family who wanted to be able to sit together for Thanksgiving. Itll be my quickest table ever haha. Only 3 hours of work and I just need to sand down some wood putty and stain.
Landmine lateral Lunge
Considering our joins can move through several planes of movement we should be training in all of these planes, not just one
Here we have an exercise where we are performing lateral lunges with the landmine
at premier movement we believe it’s important to have several variations of the same type of exercise. Our thought process behind this is that by having several variations (ex: Kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell, landmine, banded, etc.) we are challenging our joints and muscles in different ways
One reason I like this variation is a very common fault with the lateral lunge is the chest comes too far forward. The landmine can prevent this from happening because the bar stays in your chest as you go through the lateral lunge
This exercise is great for strengthening our hip stabilizing muscles and it is very good for injury prevention in things like running!
