Keep watching our stories between now and then for some previews of what's available 💃
The excitement level is real. Just got all the photos from the amazing concept shoot done with Wade and Zandra of @conwayphotography - BLOWN AWAY! The images form part of a blog post and I literally can’t wait for you to read and see it all. Hope you have a spectacular weekend!
Blurry and out of focus, often like life especially motherhood, but I’m convinced I’m living my best years. Make sure to tell those you love how much they really mean to you because the next minute is never guaranteed my friends. Happy Friday xx
Who else is feeling pumped for the weekend 😁

Yesterday Lou and I had seriously one of the most traumatizing days of our lives. After Lou's morning nap I went into her room to get her. I was opening up her curtains and looked down where my hand was and there hanging was a $&!?*%# BAT!!!!!!! I screamed, grabbed the baby and ran out of her room, slamming her door behind me, and then screamed some more (seriously the neighbors heard me). I left the house and my husband had to come home to catch said bat; animal control came and the bat was sent to Lansing to be tested for rabies. In the mean time I'm calling the health department, pest control and our pediatrician on and off to see what to do, because basically we think that bat was with the baby ALL NIGHT LONG. Fast forward to 6:00 pm and our pediatrician calls us back and says she thinks we should go to the ER immediately to get Lou the rabies vaccine 😫. Two hours in the ER and three shots later....luckily Lou is an angel and takes everything like a champ. Now we wait for results from the bat to come back and if it's positive for rabies we have to go back for three more rounds of shots. Poor baby girl. You better believe I cried multiple times having to tell the ER nurses my one year old needed the rabies vaccine 😭. Now we camp out at my parents until someone can come and inspect our house, make sure there aren't any more, and figure out how they got in. Or maybe we should just move. (Kidding 🦇🦇).
Furbaby Friday! ( is that a thing? ) haha. Do you have a furbaby? What’s your favorite thing about them?
Here is ours - Bailey. He's a pretty amazing dog.
He's been in this family for the entire 8 years Matt and I have been married... basically grown up with us... he's been with us through everything! I'd always prayed for a dog growing up - and God blessed us so much with this boy.
He's gone with us on road trips, fishing, boat rides, out to see fireworks, landed us a free few days at Amelia Island in a hotel so he could do a commercial ( I mean he had to pay rent somehow 😂 & yes he had an agent ... )
He snuggled me through my very first time experiencing first trimester woes...
Then .... he mourned with us through our first loss - & yes. He actually grieved. He wouldn't leave my side.
He was protective during every pregnancy - whole demeanor - changed.
First - baby we brought home was a tail wag and sniffs. Second - was just sniffs. Third - he literally let out this HUGE *sigh* 😂 ( nothing gets between him and sleep - he's such a diva )... but he loves those girls so unconditionally... he is so gentle... understanding when he doesn't have to be ( like when we went through a dry season this year and he barely got any play time - poor guy )
He is full of personality. He is a boss. He is our bug catcher, our little space heater, our boy. I love having him in our life!!
Shout out to all the fur babies 🙌🏼 take a second to say you love them, give em a scratch behind the ear.
From today, “Mum, you’re impossible” *eye roll* all because I wouldn’t buy her chocolate — umm excuse me haha! The transition from baby, to toddler and to them being their own little person is equally funny, beautiful and terrifying! #mostlyterrifying#twoyearoldtude (Beautiful outfit from @littleauguste)
