Before you “GO” you must SOW!
Can’t expect a garden if you’ve never planted a seed
Fruits don’t grow in hands they grow from constant plowing & sowing as well as a mix of BOTH rainy days & sunny days. By the way seeds also need to be buried in dirt where NO ONE sees it doing its thing.
🚧That’s where most of us struggle, we want to BE SEEN more than what we’ve actually GROWN🚧
Sow time into your relationships if you want to see the fruits of their trust.
Sow encouragement into those around you so that on the days that you need it they’ll be there to back you up.
Já imaginou realizar todos os seus sonhos ? Mesmo os mais ambiciosos ? É possível!! Acredite. .
#tbt
“What you seek with all your heart will come to you in the end, for love unites those who are brave enough to follow a dream.”🙏🏻
...in 2001 I was on this very beach getting my senior pictures taken for my 2002 graduation. It dawned on me that this was the first time I remember being extremely interested in photography, but then put it on the back burner for years following that season in my life. Fast forward to moving to Atlanta to pursue a show production and touring degree focusing on the music industry in 2004. Many don’t know I grew up playing guitar, drums and piano. Though I had one focus at the time, one thing always remained constant, that was my love for photography and I never stopped taking pictures. The very same person I moved here to work for, was the very person that initially asked why I hadn’t thought of photography. I remember laughing at the idea at the time. Then in 2008 when I found myself a little lost because of a business deal that went sour I started to reevaluate. Another person walked into my life and encouraged me to pursue a bachelors degree in fine arts focusing on commercial photography. In 2014 I graduated. By 2013 during all those late nights, working 2 jobs and being a full time student I feel into a niche that has forever since guided my steps. By 2015 I was working for myself and running a full time business. Now it’s 2018 and I am on the very beach that I wanted to shoot at so very long ago. NEVER give up. NEVER doubt yourself. NEVER let go of the dream. Life throws a lot of curveballs but you just have to learn how to keep on rolling. The biggest advice I would give my younger self is to stop fighting the obvious, pursue your passions, and never ignore your heart...it knows you better than you do yourself! 💯 #eastcoasttowestcoast#nevergiveup#home
Vision is one of the very few things which stays with a hustler even in the worst of times. It provides the energy needed to keep moving forward even in the worst of times. Thus, always hold on to the vision and trust the process
Sometimes life looks like a storm. Can I remind you that you can still smile in the midst of a storm? Eventually everything is going to work out in your life. Don’t allow your present trials rob you of your peace and joy. Every difficult season of life has brought me to where I am today. They have maneuvered me to a far greater place in life. So today, if life’s been knocking you down, get back up, smile, and say, “God, I know you’re going to work this mess together for my good.” Remember, He’s on your side. Keep your heart pure in this season. Life always gets better!
There’s nothing like kids and a puppy to help you stay focused in the present. Enjoying the simple things. Laughing at his naughtiness and her desire to torture him. She loves Lavender. He loves Lavender. It’s a match made in heaven 🤣💐
What is the first thing you do in the morning? If your answer is check emails and texts, or do work, then it's time for a change. The first hour of your day is precious time needed for you to tune in to Spirit and set your mind on who you are and how you want to show up in the world. Your mind is fresh and most open and easily programmable st this time. This time is precious!
By now, your mind has already been programmed. Evidently, if you use the first hours of your day to work before you even get to work, you are programmed to believe that your job is more important than you. By age six, we have been impressed with notions of right, wrong, important and unimportant. We watch our family and record their behavior, and we're told what to do and how to think, usually without option. We go to school and the same thing happens. By the time we're adults we are practically robots. It's time to change.
But how does change happen? It starts with the desire to understand who we are. We must become fully self aware. Understanding the programming we've endured and deciding what to keep and what to let go. This process involves removing our ego from first position and placing Spirit in its place. Then we must train our mind to be lead by Spirit instead of ego. This is an ongoing, life long process, that gets better with time. Have faith.
Start the day with Spirit. Allowing Spirit to saturate your mind and body. Feel the freedom, fullness, and joy available to you at any time. Remind your mind to go to Spirit when in need, throughout your day and life. You are what you think. And to start your day any other way, is to give your day, your life, away. Time is a precious gift. Spend it wisely.
