Pensando no significado da frase:
“vai dar tudo certo, vai ficar tudo bem”
When was the last time you were enraptured?
Taken by such joy, delight and bliss that you were left breathless? Without form?
When was the last time you surrendered all that you’d been tied to, thinking about, believed to be true and allowed stillness to invade your mind? Your being.
When was the last time you encountered a moment that wiped the memory of every other moment? Your will has fallen to its knees and you give yourself to this moment, like there is no other. Allowing such beauty to radiate through your entire being?
To become it.
When was the last time you stood on the brink of all possibilities and relished the falling into the mystery? Not an ounce within you tries to hold on.
Your heart calls you forth into the arms of the lover to be completely ravished. Annihilated.
To truly live is to allow yourself to die. To death each moment, the past, our ideas, beliefs and sense of self. Goals and accomplishments.
To be completely enraptured. Annihilated. Re-born anew.
This is the gift of Life.
When was the last time you opened your arms, your being, to experience all of this?
Maybe. Just maybe.
It’s time. 💖 .................... These beautiful words were written by @michellelewis137 A wonderful guide. A wonderful teacher. Im very grateful for the gifts that she has shared with me. The inspiration to surrender, to give and to embrace the ebbs and flows of life. It has meant everything to me ❤️
I hope that sharing her words here can inspire u too.
#tbt to a few years back in Nashville when Birdie first came into my life. 💗
You’d never know it to look at her here, but when she first came home to live with us, she was struggling with some serious reactivity issues. 🐾
Birdie and I have spent the past several years working together, me teaching her to trust the world again, and her teaching me to have patience and to see the world from my dogs eyes. 💗
We’re both still a work in progress, but every morning when Birdie and I go for our walk I give thanks that she chose me, and I relish in the opportunity to learn with her. 🙌🏽💗🐾

This was my transcript when I was a grade 10 student. I was at the top of my class. Everything was going well for me. But guess what that did to me, it made me to put my self-worth on the grades that I was making. I was addicted in being called smart but guess what? There was a time that I wasn't making the grades that I want to make which was in my first semester of university life. There is really something that I want tell everyone who is a student. Which is, your grades don't define you. You are valuable and much important than your grades. Your GPA is just there to serve you not viceversa. Your intellectuality is measured by your unending desire to grow in life. Don't make your grades everything. Work hard, get good grades but don't let your grades define you. You are important. You are valued despite any grade you make. You know what's more important than your grades? Your mental health, your emotional health, your physical health, and your overall health. When you take care of yourself and think and live right, you will achieve anything in life. .
You are here - Peacefully present is my goal state. Not lingering in the past or day dreaming about the future. No. Loving THIS breath and THIS heart beat. Now get off Instagram and head to bed and wake up before the sun like a disciplined human being...note to self #innerpeace#meditate#mindfullness
It’s horrible to see that in this day and age there are so many young people with anxiety / depression / mental health issues, and majority sadly mask these issues with anti-depressants and other medication. Instead of addressing the root cause , we are only addressing the symptoms 😩😩 cannot stress enough how important diet is!! 😲 eat whole foods not refined for your OWN wellbeing 🌸
**Pay it Forward Scholarship Offer** Are you experiencing any financial difficulties which is stopping you to have the same opportunity to go on retreat that other people get. At Skillful MIND we hear you and realise that there are some people that would love to come and learn meditation on retreat but while they have lots of dedication, they just don’t have the funds to do so.
For this reason Skillful MIND has instigated the Pay It Forward Scholarship program to fund 50% of a certain number of spots on each retreat for those of us that are at this point in their life undergoing tough times.
And we currently have 3 places available on our September 14th-16th retreat reserved for Pay It Forward Scholarships.
To qualify you must:
• Be passionate about learning meditation and incorporate it in your life
• Undergoing financial difficulties that are precluding from you being able to afford the total amount. • Show how meditation will not only affect & benefit you - but others in your circle of friends/family.
We will be doing this on all future retreats where we have free space available that we know we won’t fill one month prior to retreat. After all, my motto is that no-one should be precluded from learning meditation on the basis of affordability. Something that not only we at Skillful MIND adopt, but many or our leaders do as well.
Please contact me directly if you believe the above criteria applies to you and we can arrange a time for a phone interview.

Shanti Zimmerman: Self-Assurance is natural for me because I understand, accept and embrace my intense self-doubt.
Strength is apparent in me because I have learned what forcing anything costs me.
Tenderness radiates from me because I deeply understand weakness.
Resolve and knowing are clear within me because I have spent so much of my time exhausted...fighting my own essence.
Accepting that within in myself that cause shadows over my true nature AS part of my true nature, as part of the guiding signs of incongruency within myself, makes it simpler to navigate my life.
OF COURSE I HAVE SHADOWS and messed up patterns and super messy thought processes...I accept this as part of my existence...and... And My GOD is this so so so so so important... I take FULL responsibility for my darkness and my light...for my shadow and my clarity.
In order to FEEL whole, responsibility is mandatory.

“Love is a state of Being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form. In the stillness of your presence, you can feel your own formless and timeless reality as the unmanifested life that animates your physical form. You can then feel the same life deep within every other human and every other creature. You look beyond the veil of form and separation. This is the realization of oneness. This is love.”
Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now
Risos
