Sólo miente si no escuchas atentamente a tu corazón. Si no sigues fielmente a tu intuición. Si no lograste conectar cuerpo y mente.
Magia. Conexión. Amor.
DON’T WORRY ABOUT A THING.... 🙌
Bob Marley got it all right, long time ago. I remember that I used to listen to this song and wonder “who the heck has time to notice three birds singing in the morning”?!!! Life is busy, especially weekday mornings! 🤷🏻♀️
An year ago, the decision to stay more present and dedicate 2 minutes of every morning to notice or think about something that I am grateful for and that makes me feel good, was a game changer! .
This mindfulness exercise works, especially if done few times a day. When in stressful situation, try to think of one thing that is positive about this situation and remind yourself that no, you are not the centre of the world, not the first person who is experiencing that and that you cannot be responsible for everyone and everything. Only you. You can be only responsible for YOU. .
So, allow yourself to make mistakes, enjoy all the goodness in your life, be kind to your mind.
Your future SELF will thank you. 💕🙋🏽♀️

Success mindset: you have to be willing to look away from things AND people who don’t serve you anymore.
Who don’t help you grow into the best you.
Who don’t really give you the space to really be ‘YOU’.
You have to train yourself to look towards the direction of your goals.
Get real with this view.
Get used to seeing it.
Where you grow.
A view where you see yourself thrive.
Where you are at Joy even when there are difficulties.
Where you will learn to enjoy the hard work and the difficulties.
Learn to work from this view.
This is where your focus needs to be.
#werk it 😉
Motivation to get me through my next busy week. We need to remember why it is we do what we do. My goal is to approach the week with self awareness, to recognise when things are getting on top of me and to be able to reach out to friends for comfort when needed :)

“Give me release
Let the waves of time and space surround me
'Cause I need room to breathe
Let me float back to the place you found me
I'll be okay” quote Porter Robinson...... A wave travels from a far, slowly buiding strength, and weakness as it passes storm fronts and reef stretches to finally crash among the shore.... to be sucked back into the oceaness abyss to start another journey...some waves may never even get to see the shore ..... no two waves are exactly the same, each wave has its own uniquity and beauty...... and no two bloggs are written the same.......some bloggs like this one are shitter than others.... but what a happy wintery summery beachy sandy sunday funday ..... cant wait to do this everyday and teach yoga erryday...... namaste #music#blissneso#sup#yoga#pilates#waves#writing#writersofinstagram#surfing#dogsofinstagram#meditation#perthisok#sunday#happywinter#mindfullness#breatheinbreatheout

My soul is my guide. What you seek is seeking you. Protect yourself from your own thoughts. Live life as if everything is rigged in your favor. The beauty you see in me is a reflection of you. You have to keep breaking your heart until it opens. These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them. I crave a love so deep the ocean would be jealous. Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction. Respond to every call that excites your spirit. Tear off the mask. Your face is glorious. Whatever you love, you are. Be your note. — Rumi

Life unfolds in the present... But so often we let the present slip away, allowing time to rush past unobserved and unseized, and squandering the precious seconds of our lives as we worry about the future and ruminate about what's past. "We're living in a world that contributes in a major way to mental fragmentation, disintegration, distraction, decoherence," says Buddhist scholar B. Alan Wallace. We're always doing something, and we allow little time to practice stillness and calm. We live in the age of distraction. Yet one of life's sharpest paradoxes is that your brightest future hinges on your ability to pay attention to the present.
When we're at work, we fantasize about being on vacation. On vacation, we worry about the work piling up on our desks. We dwell on intrusive memories of the past or fret about what may or may not happen in the future.
We need to live more in the moment. Living in the moment (mindfulness) is a state of active, open, intentional attention on the present. When you become mindful, you realize that you are not your thoughts. You become an observer of your thoughts from moment to moment without judging them. Mindfulness involves being with your thoughts as they are, neither grasping at them nor pushing them away. Instead of letting your life go by without living it, you awaken to experience.
Mindful people are happier, more exuberant, more empathetic, and more secure. They have higher self-esteem and are more accepting of their own weaknesses.
Today I want you all to make a more conscious effort and take the time to remain in the moment. It may change the way you look at everything ❤🧠
Carved on the back of a wooden chair found in the tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamen is the image of a man called Shu. Shu represents the concept of breath. His long curved beard indicates that the ancient Egyptians or Kemetic people viewed him as a Netcher or force of nature. In the ancient Egyptian scientific system of cosmology (the science of creation) Shu not only represents the concept of the breath we breath and which gives life to our physical bodies, but also the atmosphere that surrounds the Earth and one of the four elements of creation, i.e., earth, air, fire and water. As we examine these figures and concepts in the context of Yoga we will illuminate their true meaning from a scientific perspective.
We see Shu kneeling on one leg with his arms outstretched and his spine perfectly straight. His neck is long and straight and his head turned to the side. Unlike the classic art of Greece and Rome his body is not heavily muscled and bulky. He is slender with a look of grace, agility and transcendence.
Egyptologist, those who study ancient Egyptian civilization have known about this carving and thousands more for many years yet none ever equated Shu with Yoga. When we examine the position and the symbols carved on the chair which includes the sun disk at the top of his head and two Cobra snakes the connection with Yoga becomes obvious. The sun disk on top of his head corresponds to the crown chakra or energy center related to higher intelligence and enlightenment. The cobras correspond to two of the three main Nadis which according to Yogic science are channels through which energy or life force moves that nourish and animate the human body.
