Here’s is 1 minute of 3 minutes and 25 seconds of a 315 deadlift challenge. It was not any challenge that is currently viral or popular on social media. It was a challenge to for both of us to push each other to that next level. I won’t tell you you how many reps were completed, or who came out in top. A few months back we lost our family dog to a stomach tumor and my parents said they would never go through that again it was really hard letting him go. Well I’m happy to say they ended up getting an other dog meet Rocky the 70Lb lab❤️

Instead of saying some “clever” caption tied to a photo I’d like to start giving back something of value. Today focus was biceps 💪🏽
Warm up- row machine 500m
Abs- 100crunches -20 ab wheel rollouts
Bicep workouts -Start low weight/high rep
-increase weight/lower reps
💪🏽Standing dumbbell curls -10 sets
💪🏽EZ bar curls-4 sets 💪🏽Cable fly curls- 4 sets 💪🏽isolated single curls(this machine) 4sets w/dropset

This is what I have done, and I am currently working on everyone of them!! And, I would recommend to everyone who has not!! But, do not be in a rush to finish them all at once!! Take your time & have some patience!! Moreover, if you do that, you will hopefully see the necessary results' you have been wanting for a very long time!!

Not too long ago I was always known as the small skinny kid. I played sports my whole life so I knew I was fit and always in good shape. I don’t want to pull the bully card because it was never to the point where I actually felt depressed about how i looked or actually let people get to me so much that it hurt my feelings, I just shrugged it off. But deep inside I knew something had to change. My aunt got me a membership at a gym and from then on I was hooked. I gave myself a strict diet and researched everything I could about weightlifting and bodybuilding. I surrounded myself with people who not only wanted to succeed themselves but wanted to see me succeed as well. Since then i’ve put on around 40lbs and increased my strength tremendously. With hard work and the right mindset you can achieve anything you put your mind to. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey. I’ve got big plans in mind for the future, the grind never stops.
So often we take for granted many aspects of our lives, including the services of our first responders.
