As you know, police outside of Chicago shot and killed a hero named Jemel Roberson on Sunday morning. Jemel and his partner, Avontea, pictured on the left, were having another baby. She is almost 3 months pregnant and they were going to tell the family this week. That’s their 9 month old son, Tristan, in the middle. When we say Black Lives Matter we say it because police in America so often treat them like they don’t. This baby, and the baby to come, will now be denied the chance to ever know their father and be raised and loved by him.
BUT ALL LIVES MATTER RIGHT..

On the weekends and Monday I’m a delivery driver which requires A LOT of sitting down! That forces the vertebrae to crunch down onto each other and bear a lot more force, increasing the risk of chronic lower back pain. "When you're sitting, your spine is compressing.” So, before each Monday(Leg Day) I like to perform DYNAMIC STRETCHING. Reasons why... 1. It activates muscles you will use during your workout.
2. Dynamic stretching improves range of motion .
3. Dynamic stretches improve body awareness.
4. Warming up in motion enhances muscular performance and power
