Dads of daughters listen up...
She doesn’t need you to be perfect, she needs you to be present.
She doesn’t need you to to have all the answers and talk her ear off, she just needs you to be approachable and have a listening heart.
She doesn’t need you to be so tough that you forget how to also be tender.
The only job title she will ever care about is “Daddy”.
She doesn’t want to see the back of your new iPhone, she wants to see your smiling face.
No matter what society says, she needs YOU!
Without reviewing and reflecting where you are in life, it’s very challenging to keep track and you can often get lost.
In this episode of #RealTalk I explain the importance of reviewing and reflecting and gives you 3 questions to ask yourself on a regular basis to keep you on track.
Check out the link in my bio for the full episode...
From the first hug to the last hug. For two days, she filled my heart with so many memories. Now that she's gone, I can definitely feel the emptiness. It’s not everyday that you get to meet someone you respect, but I got to top that and spend 2 amazing days with her. When I was with you, I didn’t get to say it enough, and I regret it. Thank you so much ♥️🙏🏼 #김미경월드투어#다시힘을내는법#감사합니다#inspiration#surreal#mentor

Sophie Theallet creates clothes that stand alone in today's Fashion. The only path she follows is her own, as each new collection is an evolution of the
last, built around Sophie’s singular vision and mastery of craft. Her signature is a panaché of femininity, ease, sensuality and craftsmanship that is instantly recognizable. Like Sophie herself, the collections have an undeniably French accent, but also exude a freedom of spirit that transcends all borders - luxury clothing whose universal appeal lies in its unique point of view.
Want to get married but virtually NO ONE else thinks it's a good idea? Think again. Not everyone might be for you (believe me I know that from experience ) but you néed at least one or two (even better 3) people, esp couples, who think it's a great idea. #GracefilledSinglehood#AGoodMarriageIsWorthTheWait
Because life’s to short to give a damn about being too much ✨
I spied this sequinned skirt at the top of the stairway @dunnesstores. It hung there glistening. Though I wasn’t even in the running for a skirt, once we’d perused the upper floor, at the last minute before descending the stairs, I whipped it off the rail announcing I would try it on “for a laugh”. .
It fit like a glove, it came home with me. I’ve never worn anything that sparked so many conversations with strangers as it did that night in Dublin. I’m SO glad I made the purchase - it’s such a fun piece and was worn again last Tuesday when P and I went out for my birthday supper.
Week 1 into 40’s has been characterised by COLOUR in so many ways. I’m offering no resistance 🌈

Whatever your dream is, it is not too late to achieve it. You aren’t a failure because you haven’t found fame and fortune by the age of 21. Hell, it’s okay if you don’t even know what your dream is yet. Even if you’re flipping burgers, waiting tables or answering phones today, you never know where you’ll end up tomorrow.
Never tell yourself you’re too old to make it.
Never tell yourself you missed your chance.
Never tell yourself that you aren’t good enough.
You can do it. Whatever it is.

This was an email I sent to my team about a year or so ago.
Watched a pretty good movie last night - Burnt with Bradley Cooper.
Good lesson in it that I wanted to share with you guys.
He plays a chef in search of his third Michelin star.
He always wants to be in charge and do things his way but as his character grows there's a shift.
The Michelin reviewers arrive at the end at his restaurant. They're identified and he's told.
In the past he would've taken over the kitchen and prepared the meal himself. Maybe creating something special or doing something a little different.
This time he says "We do what we do. And we do it together". Nothing special. Just "do what we do". The same service all of the guests get.
This is what happens at Results Fitness. An athlete joins, a celebrity, a big name client - we train them. I don't need to meet with them personally, I don't train them, they aren't assigned to anyone in particular, no special treatment.
At Perform Better last year I had a hundred or so trainers in my hands-on session. Ash and Sawyer helped me. With no real instruction from me, I just unleashed them. With complete trust. We just do what we do.
We do what we do. And we do it together.

Story time! One day I was studying in my room for a really big midterm. My mom called me to show me something and I kind of got annoyed, because I was studying for a really big test. She promised that I wouldn’t regret the time taken from my studies, because there was someone who I should really watch. She was right. I sat next to my mom and began watching a star lecturer. By the time the show was over, I had gone from the sofa, to the floor... in front of the screen. This lecturer had changed my perspective on things, on life, on my journey to understanding myself. Fast forward to June 2018, I was blessed to meet someone I had since been looking up to. What’re the chances, ya know? On top of that, I got to meet her staff! They were so kind! I miss all of them already 🙏🏼 Thank you, mom. Thank you for your patience and for always being my rock!

What a brilliant day ahead of @spalifeinternational in Ireland tomorrow. I had a relaxed flight over catching up on some Mind Makeover reading, before meeting Spa Life editor @wendygolledge on site and getting to chat and laugh with the amazing team in charge of organising this must go event. I can't wait to raise the roof tomorrow with the power of positive energy and Mind Makeovers for all as your Keynote Speaker! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Small stuff sometimes is the Real Stuff.
Though one of the small organs of human anatomy, your mind houses all the potential for you to determine your destiny.
Like anything else, it needs nourishment. What you put in, is what you get out of it. If all you put in your brain is news, movies, games, sports and expect it to help you to make life changing decisions, sorry, that poor thing is struggling with bad food that you feed it.
Feed it well, put in some good books, good audio, listen to a podcast, be with fellow humans who stretch your thinking, give it something good for it to give you something good back. .
What if I told you, the way you feel today, the way you act today is based on what you been feeding your mind yesterday- what you been listening to, who you been observing, what you been watching and what you been reeading, would you change something?
Tag someone who needs this.
Swiss Bank Corporation was a large integrated financial services company located in Switzerland. Prior to its merger, the bank was the third largest in Switzerland with over CHF 300 billion of assets and CHF 11.7 billion of equity.
Throughout the 1990s, SBC engaged in a large growth initiative, shifting its focus from traditional commercial banking into investment banking, in an effort to match its larger Swiss rival Credit Suisse. As part of this strategy, SBC acquired US-based investment bank Dillon Read & Co. as well as London-based merchant bank S.G. Warburg in the mid-1990s. SBC also acquired Chicago-based Brinson Partners and O'Connor & Associates. These acquisitions formed the basis for a global investment banking business.
In 1998, SBC merged with Union Bank of Switzerland to form UBS, the largest bank in Europe and the second largest bank in the world. The company's logo, which featured three keys, symbolizing "confidence, security, and discretion", was adopted by UBS after the 1998 merger. Although the combination of the two banks was billed as a merger of equals, it quickly became evident that from a management perspective, it was SBC that was buying UBS as nearly 80% of the top management positions were filled by legacy Swiss Bank professionals. Today, what was SBC forms the core of many of UBS's businesses, particularly UBS Investment Bank . . .
