내가 ‘어른’이라고 생각해오던 모습들을 보여주시는 그런 분이시라서 내가 그 나이가 되었을땐 꼭 이런 모습이고싶다는 생각을 하게끔 만들어주신다.
작년 여름 첫 레슨 후, “잘배웠습니다.”하며 고개를 숙이시는 그 모습이 아직도 잊혀지질 않는다.
일년하고도 사개월이 지난 지금까지도 여전히 내게 그렇게 인사 해주신다.
난 꼭 내 회원님같은 어른이 되어야지.
나보다 한참 어린 사람에게도 잘배웠다고 고개를 숙이며 감사인사를 할 수 있는 그런.

Saturday of this week was a event lesson “Pilates in English “.
I correctly use the multifidus muscle that supports my body.
There were many difficult moves, but
it was fun.
It is thanks to this teacher that everyone can enjoy the lesson with a smile.

Alert.... the #sundaytimes this weekend is promoting Pilates for men! We have seen a huge rise in men doing Pilates and we have 5 fully booked classes every week on our timetable for blokes Pilates! It’s truly amazing for men and women, but I personally find the men see the biggest changes and benefit. ‘My blokes’ on a Tuesday night have been with me for years, and they still all come every week. Their flexibility is 100% better as a result, they all have much less back pain, most of them none, and they enjoy the variety in the sessions, plus the copious amounts of banter and not to mention the vast amount of sweat shed!
