Lowest I've weighed all year 173lbs. Still got this bullshit cold/virus whatever the fuck it is, every time I think I'm getting better it hits me again. Can't wait til I'm 100%. My chest has actually become a weakness 😄 haven't trained chest in agess, upper chest is non existent atm. I've still been hitting back and legs though. I love training chest so shouldn't take long to put size back on

Heute sind die Beine dran - hab mir vorgenommen Sumo Kreuzheben ins Programm zu schmeißen. Habe nicht viel Erfahrung mit der Übung aber durfte mir gestern ein paar Tipps abholen.
