Straight out of the doors of rehab from a stint for mental health/prescription drugs addiction purposes and into the door and hands of @gript, I’ve spent the last 12 months developing myself both physically and mentally under the guidance of the expert coaches around the studio, which has kept me focused when being required to overcome a number of obstacles over the last year.
