Why you’ll love it ?
Hydration is essential to healthy indoor plants. While our homes may feel comfortable, the average indoor environment may not have suitable humidity levels for indoor plants to thrive and survive.
Misting plants regularly keeps foliage clean, dust free and hydrated. Plant misters help to mimic the jungle conditions that most indoor plants originate from & love. Healthy, clean plants are also less likely to succumb to attacks from common house plant pests.
Plant misting should be an essential part of your indoor plant care routine.
I’m dragging my feet over here but I definitely need a medal for finishing off all my trimming whilst suffering a hideous flu and tending to the needs of two little ones. Lots of glazing & firing to be done still but I can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel. 🙏🏽
T H E L A W N I S B A C K 🏏 Cricket Australia is bringing back the the lawn and we brought the greenery. Big thank you to the Amazing team at Frank Wild, always a pleasure making things beautiful with you guys
Happy lush ferns sold here :) Ferns love a light filled room or a humid bathroom but not direct sun. Ferns also love to drink from the base of their pot let them soak in a bath for an hour before draining letting it drain completely. 🌱 #shoplocal#melbourneplantclub
Our Sausage Dogs are are back in stock. We’ll be staggering these through stores in the lead up to Christmas with a variety of plants. Due to their popularity and how high in demand they are — there won’t be any holds on these hounds. ✌🏽
Calathea Makoyana / Peacock Plant
There’s something a little bit special about raising up plants from little pups, isn’t there!? I have a large makoyana that treats me like it doesn’t need me (though we all know it does); but the little guys, they’re super dependent, and I suppose that’s a nice feeling? People often tell me they can’t keep Calatheas alive — truth be told, they only need moderate to low light to avoid burning them, and they love humid environments. If you can foster these two things, and keep them in a 2 part peat, 1 part sand or perlite mix, they’ll be happy campers — regardless of their size! And remember, practice makes perfect. If you roast one, learn from your care errors and try again. Don’t be discouraged and give up; they’re too beautiful to avoid!
