Took me 33 years to arrive at a place of peace. Doing It their way left me completely unfulfilled and externally focused. I’ve spent the last 5 years undoing and disconnecting from all the momentum I had created the 28 years prior. It’s been the hardest task I’ve had to date. Sono poche le volte in cui i nostri occhi, la nostra attenzione e il nostro cuore sono davvero focalizzati sulla bellezza delle cose che ci circondano e che ci sono dentro: fiori, emozioni positive, gusti, viste mozzafiato, ecc... We so often get in our own way or buy into these bullshit stories we've picked up along the way that keep us from living fully.
I I know a lot of you think of yoga meditation as "airy fairy" as I did for many years when I was younger. But let me assure you it is one of the best things you can do to create the connection of your mind and body. You've got to check in with yourself daily when you are living a Purpose Driven Life. You want to avoid the physical burnout making sure that you practice your self-care by nourishing yourself emotionally, mentally and spiritually. And most importantly ask yourself throughout the day if what you are doing, thinking, and feeling are contributing to you getting to your desired outcome or is it a behavior, bad habit or limiting belief that you're still allowing to inhibit you are actions for the day.
I'm about to make a lot of changes in my life because I am fully pursuing my concept The Phoenix Factor! @the_phoenix_factor .
Yes I will continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and cooking as you guys have seen over the last 2 years but I love being in front of a group and getting them to that point that they have that "aha" moment! I thrive being on stage in front of a crowd and watching the energy shift right before my eyes.
So I look forward to continuing to communicate with all of you and I'm so grateful for this community and the support that you all have shown. Day six: Stress/ Lotus (Variation)
For today's Challenge and decided to go with hero pose because my ankles aren't quite flexible enough yet to hold lotus pose safely.
Stress, stress, stress ... What can I say about that. I believe the world we live in trains us to live in a constant state of fullfilling ego, consuming desire, movement, and therefore, stress. I can't tell you how many times stress has pushed me to my Mountain's Edge and had me in tears contemplating the jump down. In a world/society that is constantly changing beyond what our eyes can even see....it is up to us to practice physical stillness in order to listen to our undistracted, uninterrupted essence, that is our purest self. No ego, image, or status. Shapeless, and nameless the essence of your consciousness... It is the healer underneath pain, wisdom barried in the lessons, the peace amongst the chaos. Before you give in to stress ...take time to get quiet and be with your essence. At the mountains edge, take off your heavy backpack, close your eyes, and listen. ❤️
Take care of your heart.
Self care is not selfish but essential. We all know the drill, eat healthy, daily exercise, good sleep and less stress. But we seem confused by the meaning of it. How much is enough? Even the thought of it can become stressful. We start overthinking how to be healthy. We make a plan and we go all in and after 2 days, we fall. We fall because we don’t listen to our body. We push without having our heart in it. I highly recommend to sit in meditation at least five minutes a day. Hear yourself out, hear your body out. It tells you what it needs. And your need may not be in trend, but at least it will make you feel good and happy. That’s what self care is. Be kind to yourself.

Last night 🌹at our delicious Tantra of the Heart workshop ❤️ So grateful to share this Tantric ecstatic journey with Melbourne Tantrikas. Each of my workshop is different depending on the energy of attendants, energy of the group and the flow in each moment. Almost in almost all my workshops, I never follow "any plan", because I feel the flow of the energy and follow the energy in that moment instead, and from my experience the most magical and beautiful things just unfold when you follow the flow.
Also, I won't start teaching tantra until I meditate for at least 20 minutes before class, to completely empty my mind, ground myself into full presence and allowing my consciousness to do the work. (And I know the presence of the teacher is everything when it comes to facilitating any workshop)
To me, tantra is about energy, presence, meditation and consciousness. Tantra teaches us to connect deeply with ourselves, and from this centre and presence, we can truly and authentically connect with others. That's why I love tantra so much ❤️ It's truly the authentic path that teaches about presence, meditation, authentic connection and true love. This is my experience, one can only experience true love when one's connected to one's centre and relate from this presence, that's when one can relate without fear. And that's the magic of Tantra ❤️ Tantra teaches us to drop deep into the depth of consciousness and from there, we can give and relate without fear.
