FULL MOON IN ARIES:
Aries is the first sign in the zodiac. The youthful part of us that sets out on a quest or an adventure in order to expand beyond their known world. During this full moon you may feel an inward urge to initiate a new beginning to create a new set of conditions in your life & if this aspect lacks confidence to take the leap of faith you may experience a catalyst that thrusts change upon you, coming ready or not! When expressed in a healthy way, Aries transits evoke the inner youth who focuses on putting their own ideas into action & feels excited & enthusiastic about embracing the unknown because they possess an innate trust in themselves & the divine plan that things will work out.
Aries is the sign of independence. When underdeveloped in us (regardless of our natal sun sign) we can feel dependent on others due to a lack of self belief & confidence. This can be the result of a micromanaging parent or one who puts down their child’s attempts to do things on their own. Our lesson this full moon week is to identify if we polarise into independence to try & protect ourselves from being let down or dependency for fear of failure. We do this by taking responsibility for our own needs & also communicating our needs clearly to others. This approach creates a spirit of cooperation.
Love creates. War destroys. To create harmoniously we need to be balanced. Aries is only the God of War when unbalanced. When we strive for inner balance we serve something greater than our own ego desires to prove our worth & we emerge as the heroic sacred warrior who takes right action to address injustice created through imbalance.
Swim up stream
when you must.
Your heart will know
when it’s worth it.
in the pursuit of your soul’s journey.
This whole thing
is a constant process of discovery.
Watch in awe
as the world unfolds before you.
The All-Seeing 👁️ There's more, much more to what you can see with your physical eyes. Move from the perception of understanding the reality merely with your senses as you know them. Move beyond that. Sense with your intuition. We are all psychic, just undiscovered yet.

This is an awesome technique I have used various times to help refocus my mind during an anxiety attack.
There are so many different ways to learn to cope and relax, and the best is to learn how your body responds and what causes it to respond.
What helps me the most is repeating the mantra, “I am ok, I am safe, everything is fine, this will pass” Below are some methods I have had success with, when trying to calm my mind, I hope they help you too! ☺️
1. Yoga, a pranayama type breathing.
2. Diffusing lavender
4. Napping, getting 8 hours of sleep
5. Getting outside for a walk/ bike ride
6. Avoiding alcohol

I like going for a walk at lunch, and recently I’ve been using Headspace on a break too. Can pick the length of the meditation session and it’s focus which is perfect if you don’t have a lot of time, and I went skipping and grinning back to work after the session you see in the photo.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
