There are so many positive things to say about this man. We’ve been through a lifetime of good and bad, despite that he never left my side while I was a complete emotional wreck when I lost my dog (RIP @shortythebeagle ❤️🐶) & when I was at my lowest, unemployed and didn’t have money to cover my basic expenses. It only felt right and much deserved to treat him to a proper romantic dinner to show my appreciation for being my backbone, especially now that my life is on the best possible track - spiritually, emotionally and financially.
Thank you @inst0gram for showing me the right path to God and giving your best at all times. Life is tricky and will never be “easy” to maneuver through but I know I’ll make it through this life with you by my side 💘 #ImNotCryingYoureCrying#MyBFFL#DateNight#Flemings#MeatLovers

Back by popular demand, flying from Texas, USA, Chef Jay McCarthy is ready to meet all meat lovers in Jakarta. Starting from July 16-July 20, 2018, Chef Jay himself will be at C’s awaits all of you and ready to cook for you during lunch and dinner. He’ll be preparing some of his best recipe from appetizers, main course, to desserts. -
One of the highlights last night was the appetizer, Seared Omaha beef flank salad, romaine lettuce, warm beef jerky vinaigrette. The mixture of the salad dressing was at the right combination along with the fresh lettuce and the tender beef jerky. Not forget to mention, the wagyu beef and the lamb for main course are also perfect, juicy, and cook very well. I really had such a great night and will definitely come back with my friends and families to try Chef Jay’s other menus. Awesome!

What’s the difference between our Jerky & Biltong?
We get asked this ALOT!
☝🏻So: They are both marinated for 24 hours to soak up ALL the flavoursome goodness.
Then Jerky is dehydrated for 8-10hrs✅
BILTONG however, is hung in slabs & air dried for 5-7 DAYS!... that’s right- DAYS⏳
The marinate cures it slowly, making it a moist & soft snack.
It’s a long process but boy oh boy, it’s worth it🤤😏💪🏻
