In a world that wants you weak and sick and that wants you to eat fake meat and #vegan industrial frankenstein food, being strong, eating real whole food and nutritious fatty cuts of meat is a revolutionary act!!! Join the revolution! ✊🏼 #meatheals#veganismkills#noentertainmentfood
Satisfied a craving today...chicken crust pizza! Swipe for step by step pictures, or, there is a video highlight on my profile.
There are lots of different recipe variations out there, but this has been my favorite (and I feel like it's the easiest!)
1lb ground chicken
1/2 cup cheese of choice
Salt, pepper, other favorite spices
Mix that all together, press onto parchment (the thinner the better) and bake for about 20 min. At 400F. Then top however you like, broil it until the cheese is melted and enjoy!
- you can ground your own chicken, or use canned, but the preground is easiest
- watch out for hidden carbs in spices
- if the chicken has been frozen, there may be some excess moisture on the pan after baking, just drain it off, and bake a few more minutes, you can even flip it!
Commonly asked questions:
- does it taste like chicken - not to me! And my picky kids eat it!
- does it hold up - yes! I eat it with my hands without issue!
- what are the macros/calories? - that will depend on your specific toppings!

We believe that by procrastinating, we’re saving energy... But that’s not the case! We’re still spending energy by resisting taking right action. 😉
PIZZA & ALCOHOL🥃
My Meal VS The Fams
Definitely doesn't look as appetizing as pizza but for me, ground pork is as yummy and as satisfying as ground beef. I was full for the rest if the night even when my dad was making Christmas cookies.
He makes these cookies every year so obviously the smell and the act of testing cookies right out of the oven was enticing but I figured I would have a double gin and club soda instead. Anything is better than sugar and flour to me because I just feel gross and swollen after it and usually leads to me eating junk until I'm very full.(also why I didn't want pizza)
I'm thinking before the end of the Xmas break I may one day have 1 of everything he makes because it would make me happy and test me to see if I can not feel guilty and return to meat right away. Definitely will not return to eating processed food regularly any time soon.
6 days w/out stomach issues 🙃
Been pretty lazy about posting lately so here is an assortment of recent meals. In no particular order we have •••
-Beef bacon, scrambled eggs & broth
-Mustard backed ham & half a duck breast
-Leftover steak strips with roasted garlic & fried fatty bits -Burgers, pork belly bites & a pork chop -Meatballs & fried eggs
Christmas vibes! Have been playing around with some #ketofriendly ideas for Xmas breakfast 👌 Mum always loves to have a champagne breakfast with croissants & bagels so I'm thinking sugarfree choc chip protein pancakes are in order amongst other low carb sugarfree yummies! 😁 And meat, LOTS of meat 🤤
We have so much to learn from the non-human animals.
They can teach us how to unlearn all the garbage that was fed to us.
All they want is love, safety, kindness. They only take what they need. Us, on the other hand... Don’t get me started.
They are majestic. Pure. In the moment.
Us, on the other hand, overcomplicate everything and our insecurities bring the worst in us.
There are not very many moments that get me to stop in my tracks.
Those moments are led by coming across animals.
Today, I was on a mission and the ONLY thing that made me stop and smile were two squirrels, playing. I literally stopped, with a huge smile on my face and watched them play, forgetting about where I was, where I was going.
Other things that get me to stop and be in the moment: the homeless ( their pain pierces straight through my soul). Couples in love.
Someone helping another.
Someone calling me out on my shit.
Beautiful sunsets. And sunrises.
The beach. Nature in general.
A kiss that takes my breath away.
Hmm. I guess there are more things that help me stop in my tracks than I thought but animals are still in the lead :)
3 years. That is the spread of these pictures, and the first one wasn't even at my highest. I gained more weight over the next few months after the first picture was taken. Today thanks to eating zero carb I am pain free, I have mental clarity, my pcos symptoms have deminished considerably, my hair and nails are healthy for the first time in years, I sleep better than I ever have. I could go on and on.
I never deamed I would get my health back. I still need to lose 40 more pounds, but the 70 that I have lost has given my life back.
grass fed beef with some colby jack melted over the top after an 18 hour 45 min fast and a huge CONFESSION: I thought I was gonna LOSE it last night! 😭 I had raging hunger around 830pm after I had some pizza toppings off a couple meat lover slices. I stopped by McDonald’s to get a couple of plain McDoubles and didn’t eat the buns of course. I went to the grocery store to buy some steaks cheese and then I saw the Atkins bars. 😭 I strapped myself down from plowing through the box of Atkins bars—thank god I just had one! Only 4 net carbs. When I got home I was STILL hungry so I made a bulletproof decaf coffee with just coconut oil grass fed butter some SF skinny syrup and a little mocha foam topping. IT HIT THE SPOT! I’m so happy to be able to turn to keto friendly things when I’m feeling weak. This meal tasted so delicious and I only ate about half of it before getting full. Tonight is our Christmas party at work so I’ll be having some prime rib for dinner. 😋😋😋 #carnivorediet#grassfed#beef#meat#meatheals#yummy#hamburger#yas#cheese#love#late#lunch#sogood#delicious#instafood#keto#ketodiet#weightlossjourney#weightloss
Today was the same. Ground bison and bacon from @aldiusa another 1100 calorie one meal a day.
No #photoshop or #staging here at casa de Floyd. I added too much kosher salt to one section of bison, but I knew that I was miixing it together later. Turned out fantastic. And the bacon was fantastic. Is bacon ever bad?
The Holidays can be a hard time for some of us. You are not alone, reach out to someone for help. And most importantly be kind to the people around you, you never know what someone is going through or the pain they are in. #yourlifematters
Today was one of those weird days when physically I felt like that small unexpected fantastic patch of brilliant blue sky and mentally like the grey clouds around it. No real reason and it passed. It was amazing to be able to feel that way and the idea of eating those feelings never even crossed my mind. I just felt and moved through it. #carnivorediet#meatheals#carnivore#zerocarb#eatingformentalwellness
@the_traveling_aperture - The truth about food is worse than you think. Take action when you see injustice. Stand up and change the system. It will bend to our needs. We are the system.
Why aren’t you vegan?
