As much as I’d love ribeyes and filets every day, it’s not exactly practical for the budget. So I went out and picked up some chuck eyes and cube steaks to try his wk. Chuck eye was a definite 👍🏻 Tomorrow is country fried steak & eggs 🤤
What is your favorite budget friendly cut?
Nutrition starts with the soil. If soil is devoid of minerals, plants will have reduced mineral content, animals will have consumed mineral deficient plants and you will be consuming those animals. Sourcing your food is one of the most important aspects of food quality. Buy locally and get to know your farmers to understand the difference between factory farming and true humane farming.
I’ve been craving salmon for the past couple days. My favorite way to cook salmon is definitely on the grill. I murdered it taking it off the grill 😂 sorry picture isn’t as pretty, but it tastes the same 💪🏻😋 carnivore life!

I’m so fortunate that my gym stocks a great mixture of “fake plates”- here it seems I’m pulling 405lbs x 18 easy reps, conventional, sans belt, hook grip! Should have just went and knocked out the 20! Yes, fake weights- nothing to do with lifting for 40 years, training hard and eating the most nutritious diet on the planet!! #haters#fakeplates#carnivorediet#meatheals
Stop letting Big Food and Big Pharma give you advice on how to eat healthy.. They have a vested interest in keeping you fat, addicted, and sick. Big Food spends billions of dollars making their products taste good and highly addictive.. Most of what we think we know about health and nutrition is wrong. Most of what we’ve been taught is a targeted message from big industry to make $$$ off of us.. Eat real food.. STOP consuming Vegetable Oils, Grains, Sugars and Starches.. Got any questions? Just post them below.. #meatheals#lchf#drrxfood#theyarekillingus#stopit#keto
10 * 100m intervals on the indoor rower. My fastest was slowish, but I did them all under 18s for the first time. The back session yesterday probably took my top gear away.

Do you know how harmful vegetable oils are? Maybe you do, but the general public doesn’t. They still think they are the healthy alternative to dangerous animal fats. Tucker goes deep on a bunch of interesting studies and science on how they may be one of the leading causes of modern disease.
Burgers topped with smoked Gouda. 😍 Oh, and a lovely blood sugar before lunch. I'm coming down from 180 this morning. Been having some really frustrating delayed stomach emptying issues this week that have wreaked a bit of havoc. What used to digest in 4 hours is suddenly taking 6-8. What used to work for my insulin timing and dose is suddenly WRONG. Bah... It is what it is and I will adjust and adapt, but it's definitely been a "fuck you, diabetes" sort of week. Although it's more a "fuck you, stomach" since it's not exactly the diabetes that's not playing nice. *Le sigh* Onward and upward, my friends.
Burgers, bacon and feta cheese for dinner tonight! 💃🏼 I avoid dairy products from cows entirely because of the eczema I’m trying to get rid of, but I hope to be able to eat sheep and goat cheese without any issues. Tho I have to admit that it wasn’t as tasty as I want to remember 😏
While I was in Florida I kinda went away from my strict carnivore, and had some Keto friendly foods, not much at all, but even adding some I felt a difference in my body, after I’ve been experimenting back and fourth with Carnivore & Keto I just feel my best with the closest to zero I can get my daily carb intake. Breaking my fast with an omelette! Carnivore life!
Dabbling with the idea of Veganism? The article titled “If You Want To Save The World, Veganism Isn’t The Only Answer” by Isabella Tree, is a wonderful description about the importance of sustainably raised animals to the ecosystem. Gray Graham with the Nutritional Therapy Association @ntatraining shared this article, and I find it crucial for the meat-phobic world boycotting animal cruelty. Veganism has spread increasingly in the recent years due to one-sided resources like “What The Health” documentary. While I wholeheartedly agree that eating and supporting mass produced farming should be avoided for MANY reasons, that isn’t the whole story. Animals (free-range, and grass-fed), all that they produce, are of vital importance to the ecosystem in replenishing depleted soils. .
Everyone has the right to do what is best for them, and I fully support you, but doing your research and consulting professionals before making drastic dietary changes is extremely necessary. Be safe ❤️
Ask me how to find sustainably raised meats and dairy to keep the world going round 🌿

The truth hurts!
I’m not going to lie to you, if I had enough money to sustain my minimalist life for the next 50 years I would vanish from social media. The truth is, it’s not for me. My life for a while has been a relationship with a phone. I have to constantly check my devices and go against the core of who I “really” am and to engage.
So why am I doing this?
Well, I tired of fake! Unreal. Social media has become a huge protagonist of fake and quite frankly BULL SHIT.
So if I can keep it real and inspire people who appreciate real then I’m going to stick around.
So with the above in mind, allow me to tell you a little more about who I am.
I’m not a vegan. I love meat and if the cut is fresh, I prefer it raw. I don’t hide behind a label and I if I want to do something good, I just do it! I do what I can.
I don’t profess to be a “good” person.
I’m me! That’s it, nothing more, nothing less. I have a conscious and act accordingly.
I believe in reality, and not bogus utopian outlook. There is a huge possibility that I’m one of the most flawed individuals you would meet in person. Trust me, if we ever do, I am feeling incredibly awkward, and quite frankly I prefer to keep to myself. Don’t take it personally, I have to do that every morning when I wake up from a half baked sleep and deal with myself. So then why, am I here on social media and sticking around again. Well, I’m somehow making a difference and inspiring. And you know what, money can’t buy that! To inspire! So I will stick around and promote keeping it real! Stay true. follow who you are, not the crowd! Individuality is a beautiful thing ~ @sean_sako
#carnivore day5. I didn't sleep well last night. Usually we let the dogs out to run free in the yard during the night but yesterday and today we scheduled pest control service so we thought it would be safer to keep the dogs in the house for a couple of days. And they were howling all night long. I woke up exhausted and had a hard time dragging myself around all morning. For lunch I had bacon and beef chuck steak. Physically I was full and satisfied but I was just so tired even my bones felt soft. I was gonna have eggs for dinner but my body clearly said 'no, I'm dying if you don't feed me steak and bacon!' So I went back to eat steak and bacon, with half stick of butter, two hours later. The moment I put my fork down my life suddenly came back to me! It worked like a charm! I could function again! Important lesson learned: Listen to my body, it actually speaks to me! #carnivorechallenge#carnivoretrial#carnivoretribe#allmeatdiet#carnivorediet#carnivoreketo#ketocarnivore#zerocarb#zerocarbs#meatheals#listentoyourbody

"they found nothing against red meat"
This is a good time to read Dr. Zoë Harcombe's "Red meat: the evidence." goo.gl/H1X2RC
She "reviewed the Nutrition Evidence Library, which was used by the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC) for the 2015 revision (Refs 7, 8). The first interesting thing to note is that red meat was not documented as a category. Red meat appeared in a category called “animal protein.” The second interesting thing to note is that all data used for “animal protein” for the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans came from 2010 i.e. nothing had been updated since the 2010 guidelines." In the end, "The totality of the evidence examined by the US Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, for the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, found nothing against red meat for 1) Cardiovascular disease; 2) Blood pressure; 3) Type 2 diabetes; 4) Body Weight; 5) Colorectal cancer; 6) Prostate cancer and 7) Breast cancer."
Keto and Your Skin: Part - Two.
I am utterly passionate about LEARNING how to take care of the inside of my body, and hope that I too can help you <3
Skincare has always been a big part of my adult life; too bad I neglected the inside for so many years and failed to realize the two go together like olives and avocado. However, now I know, and that is the key.
It is not a secret that what we put into our bodies affects the outside of our bodies. As I am aging, I want to DO everything possible to slow the process down; both inside and out! Like many of you, I use creams to reduce the inflammation under my eyes and neck...GRRR! Below I am going to give you a list of foods that will help heal your skin and health.
There are great anti-inflammatory properties of Omega-3's from seafood and have been found to improve acne symptoms and betty yet-improve mental health. Grab some crab, lobster, and salmon, and watch your clarity improve.
As I mentioned in my previous post, nuts such as almonds and walnuts are terrific in locking moisture into our skin. I have extremely dry skin, and as such, sadly, my skin will age faster.
Healthy fats like those found in olive oil and avocado oils can protect your skin from harmful UV rays. By cooking with generous amounts of olive and avocado oil, you could be preventing wrinkles and aging from sun damage.
Not only does the ketogenic lifestyle support weight loss, muscle health, and aids in nervous system health, but it can also be a considerable skin health benefit. By consuming plenty of keto-friendly healthy fats, antioxidants, and Vitamins A and E, you are also protecting your skin from further damage.#keto#ketobeginner#ketoandskincare#ketoforhealth#skincare#fatadapted#carnivore#ketoweightloss#weightloss#weightlossmotivation#ketotips#ketocarnivore#biohacking#fatforfuel#fatdoesnotmakeyoufat#tracidoesketo#ketotransformation#ketocommunity#ketogenic#meatheals#zerocarb#nosugar#stopt2diabetes
It's deadlift day! Worked up to 100kg for singles, then more volume work with 80kg for 10 reps for a few sets. That was the entire workout 😊 Left the gym feeling energised! Sometimes, simplicity is best, and don't fall for the lie that you have to run yourself into the ground and kill yourself in the gym. Sure, I am always training to improve past my current limit, but that doesn't mean depleting myself everyday. This has been a major shift for me that I made 2 years ago, that I would aim to leave to gym *energised* not exhausted. Its also been key in how I manage my energy with autoimmunity 💚🗝️ It comes down to why you exercise, what it means to you, and your relationship with yourself. Are you exercising as a punishment? Is it a chore?
If you exercise out of a LOVE for your body, knowing it does you a world of good, including the immediate benefits of uplifted mood and energy, it can change it from a chore to a GIFT. I like to think of movement as giving my body a hug every time 😊🤗 And I know I never regret a movement session, and training enhances my life through energising me and making me stronger physically and mentally. I haven't always had the best relationship to exercise, but reframing it in my mind has helped heal it and consequently gain even more benefit.
Dinner today is 2 fried eggs and inbetween there is ham and cheese. 😍 I just had to try this. 👅 Now let's hope my stomach don't mind the cheese. 🤞🏻
edit; nope, no cheese for me. 😞 Will try to make it without tomorrow and see if it's as nice. 😆
I did an interview with @ketogenicendurance. I put a link in my bio. Let me know what you think!
P.S. Since doing this interview, I have eliminated the maple syrup and apple cider in order to experiment with ketosis. It's been a bit tough--the carb cravings get so intense!

People suffering with arterial disease, obesity, high blood pressure and gout all have one thing in common. They are insulin resistant. And these are just some of the conditions implicated with insulin resistance. .
Insulin resistance arises from chronically high glucose levels in the blood. Carbohydrates get broken down into glucose and this is what causes insulin resistance. Our cells are constantly flooded with glucose and insulin, and become resistant after over exposure.
Modern dietary advice is to eat less fat, more plants and limit added sugar. What they don't tell people is that your 'healthy' carbohydrates like wholegrain breads and pasta, rice and potatoes as well as all seeds, fruits and vegetables get broken down into simple sugars. .
We are encouraged to maintain a healthy weight but for some people who have insulin resistance this is impossible if they eat a high carbohydrate 'nutritionist advised' diet.
If you are genetically predisposed or have been eating a high carb diet for years you are very likely to be insulin resistant. And this puts you at risk of almost all modern diseases (see my gingerbread man post).
However it is stupid easy to counter, eating a diet high in healthy fats like animal, coconut, olive and avocado as well as animal protein protects against insulin resistance and a life of suffering and misery. .
Your conventional nutritionist or doctor won't tell you this because they have financial interests. The 'healthcare' system is built on the pharmaceutical industry which is built on the food industry.
So if you are questioning the system a low carb diet is a great way to start rebellion.

⚡️🤯 The Meat-Cancer Myth 🤯⚡️
🧐 My job is to help you sift through misinformation so that you can arrive at a better understanding of health. So, I made this graphic to explain simply that the notion that there is an established causal relationship between red meat consumption and cancer is a total myth.
👉🏼 “…the interactions between meat, gut and health outcomes such as CRC [colorectal cancer] are very complex and are not clearly pointing in one direction…. Epidemiological and mechanistic data on associations between red and processed meat intake and CRC are inconsistent and underlying mechanisms are unclear… Better biomarkers of meat intake and of cancer occurrence and updated food composition databases are required for future studies.” (Source: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24769880)
⚠️ While associations do exist, an association can not prove cause and effect, and at the population scale, these links (especially with an expansive food category like “meat,” or another good example, “fat”) are especially useless when trying to arrive at actual dietary recommendations.
🍩 What is clear is that humans do not eat single foods. Your overall dietary pattern is ALWAYS going to be more important than any one meal. In fact, in one trial, it was shown that a certain biomarker associated with colorectal cancer was completely normalized when subjects simply added more resistant starch, a fermentably fiber-like substance found in raw potatoes and green unripe bananas, to their high meat diets. (Source: http://cancerpreventionresearch.aacrjournals.org/content/7/8/786)
🥗 The same way that if you ate ONLY raw kale you’d become deficient in a bounty of essential nutrients, eating ONLY meat is likely to be a recipe for ill health. Your OVERALL diet, lifestyle, and genes all matter and all contribute to cancer risk or lack thereof.
🤚🏼 Remember: knowledge is power and I got your back!
You feel okay, but you could be healthier. You could be cutting out all sugar and all nitrates and preservatives and eat only pasture raised meat with local raw milk and make your own goat cheese and kombucha too. You’re throwing away all of your shampoo that has sulfates in it even though you just bought it last week. From now on, you’re making your own soap out of organic oils. You could be the model of health and you are determined to start today.
Friend, even Mary Poppins was only Practically perfect. Take a deep breath into your belly. Hold it in for four seconds then let it out on an eight count. You may have read every blog article on the internet about how to prevent cancer, stop inflammation and live for a hundred years, but why don’t you try taking baby steps.
Pick something you want to improve. Master it and integrate it into your life. Okay, then pick a second thing and integrate that. Pretty soon you won't have to work on it and it'll feel natural. In a year or so you will be able to look back and see the progress you've made.
