TTLA sandwiches from @wholefoods are not gluten-free. And they’re not soy-free. But on vacation they are 100% delicious and an excellent decision 👌🏻🥑🍅🥓 (vegan mayo, tomato, avocado, tempeh bacon, greens)
✌ balance is what life is about. You can be an absolute weapon in the gym, nourish your body with amazing foods, go to bed early but you can also have moderation. You can do all these other wonderful things that are included in that balanced lifestyle. Eating chocolate, dancing all night until the sun goes down. Life is about balance, living in the moment and taking every opportunity as it comes... You dont want to go around life missing opportunities and regret upon your time later. Live for the now and take it as it comes.

I decided over a year ago to go vegan again. I’ve been vegan or vegetarian off and on throughout my life but this time it has stuck. My whole family decided to join me in my decision and I’m so happy and proud that we did.
Although I’m not crazy strict about it, especially with my kids and ice cream 😉, I feel a responsibility to keep it up for them, for me and for our planet.
It started out as something I did for my own health but the more research I do the more I know that this is bigger than me.

Keto Indian food.. so incredibly good and satisfying, and honestly I do not feel deprived at all. I feel indulgent without feeling bloated! Approx 6.5-7.5 net carbs for this huge plate of food, I didn’t even finish quite all of it! 23g of protein and 32g of fat. Tofu and peas in a coconut red curry sauce.
