🍔 Today I had a meatless burger. .
It’s the Impossible Burger, and it’s made from 100% natural vegetable sources. I had to try it ever since I heard about it, because while I love meat ... if I can have it without and animal dying ... that’s better. .
Honestly, it wasn’t great. But that may have been more about the relishes and spices the restaurant put in the burger. .
I’ll probably try it again sometime.

Strength by nature is mostly neuromuscular. It is not so much about the size of your muscles, as it is about the neuromuscular efficiency in the central nervous system (CNS). ⚡️⚡️
The reality is, you only need to put your body in some sort of resistance to build strength and size... and our body has no idea where the resistance is coming from...as long as the resistance is strong enough to cause our body to work for it.
Personally I don’t lift weights and I haven’t stepped into a gym in over 8 years (for no reason in particular). Overall I am not looking to bulk up size wise as much as I am looking to stay toned and fit and flexible and nimble. That’s why I LOVE bodyweight training, gymnastics, and calisthenics... been doing this consistently over the last 8 months... I get what I need by using what I have already, without needing to leave my house. 😁
I allow my body the time it needs to become strong and build muscle... and I feel it is as effective as weight lifting in it’s own way for building movement capacity and overall strength. With correct posture, hard work, and progressive overload I know I am subtly getting bigger and stronger while fortifying my neuromuscular activity. ⚛️

Bueno um hi 🙂🌺 ayer hice dulce de leche de avena y no planeaba subir la receta (poreso no me esmere con la foto👀) pero muchos la pidieron asi que aca va. Es muy fácil — la clave es tener el fuego MUY bajito asi no te queda con sabor a caramelo.
Ingredientes (rinde 100g de dulce de leche — si, se reduce mucho)
• 500ml de leche de avena
• un chorrito de esencia de vainilla
• 45g (3 cdas soperas) de azucar mascabo.
Poner todos los ingredientes en una olla y revolver. Dejar que hierva y luego reducir el fuego a minimo (que no hierva más) y mezclar cada un ratito. A los 30 minutos deberia estar casi listo. Podes probar poniendo una cucharada de la mezcla en un potecito y lo metes en la heladera para ver como quedaria (si sigue muy liquido luego de un rato, significa de que le falta). -
