A lot of people ask me why do I eat a plant based vegan diet?
And the answer to this question has many answers, the reason I got into this diet was to cure myself of so many mental and physical health issues.
Then as time went on I began to learn about the the animal cruelty and slaughter that goes on daily to provide us with meat, fish, dairy and other animal based foods.
And the final thing I learnt was about the massive devastating impact that animal agriculture has on our environment.
So as you can see for me personally I have three huge whys as to why I stick to a plant based vegan diet that just aligns with me as a empath, health enthusiast and as a nature and animal lover.
If your someone who uneducated on these subjects I suggest you watch “What the health”, Cowspiracy” and “Earthlings”.

Steaks & brats for dinner after a day diving. Working on eating what's in freezer. Then plan out meals better as I go forward. .
My body is responding so well to carnivore diet. I was first introduced to it by following @ketofitwithtiff (thought it was totally insane when I first got exposed to it...🤣🤣🤣) and my buddy @robels2017 dabbled into it before I tried it out. It breaks everything we were ever taught about nutrition. .
Not sure how long I will go this route. Want to get blood work in coming months. But feel so much better than I did on keto. This is working as an elimination diet for me. I am seeing very quickly what my body tolerates and what it doesn't. So far the things I have discovered that affect me negatively this year doing keto was wheat gluten, processed & natural sugars, corn products and this week peanuts. Didn't discover alot of this till my body hadn't had them in awhile and had something that sent my body into total tailspin. I never felt so lean and no bloat after eating. I lived in a constant state of inflammation. Can't wait to see next few weeks progress. I'll do my best to post frequently of my experiences.
