1. Egg cups with mini peppers and lemon for water

3. Shake and mixed nuts
. 
4. Spinach linguini with carrots, tofu, pasta sauce and parmesan
. 
5. High protein crepes with protein peanut butter . 
6. Veggie chili . 
7. Salad with veggie burger, berries and hummus
. 
8. Greek yogurt .

Slow Cooker Piri Piri Chicken (Paleo,Whole30,Low-Carb)
🔹Ingredients
2 lbs chicken (I used @milkandeggscom legs)
1 small onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
Sauce:
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp oil (I used evoo)
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
🔸Instructions
Place sliced onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add chicken on top. In a small bowl, mix together sauce ingredients. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with lemon slices. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.

Finally back home after 2 weeks away and it feels goooood to be back in my own kitchen! 🙌
As much as I love traveling, eating at restaurants and discovering new foods, I love being in my own kitchen and cooking for myself. There is something comforting and rewarding about making meals for yourself and knowing exactly what you are eating.
Our trip to Italy was absolutely incredible and exactly what I needed. It felt so good to relax, unwind and enjoy some time with @mathersjohn. Our schedules have been so busy these past few months we don't always have time to see each other, so this trip was a great break and fun to spend time together.
Plus, I picked up some pretty awesome food tips along the way, so I have a feeling you might be seeing some Italian inspired meals in the future. Aaaannnnnnd I brought home 3 bottles of olive oil so I need to do something with it. Haha, true story. 😂
But for tonight, I'm keeping things simple, since we don't have much in the fridge, and made these grilled sweet potato wedges on the BBQ. They are ready in 10 minutes so they are perfect for a quick and easy meal. The recipe is on the blog if you wanna check it out 👌

Salmon was baked and I used garlic powder, lemon pepper, and black pepper (these seem to be my go-to's for everything lol). I typically eat salmon twice a week for dinner and twice a week for lunch 🍽
Broccoli steamed in the instant pot with the same seasonings as the salmon (had to add some shredded cheese to my son's though😂) 🥦
Parmesan tomatoes were baked and I used garlic powder, oregano, basil, and parsley in addition to the parmesan cheese 🍅

Only 5% of US pea corp are sold fresh because they freeze so well. Why should you buy fresh then? For me it’s the sweet, juicy & crunch that you can only get with fresh ones. Just make sure you store them cold & eat soon because the sugar in them will start converting into starch. Like corn, sugar snap pea’s sweetness will decrease over time

Sugar snap peas are high in protein; 100 calorie serving contains more protein than an egg or a tablespoon of peanut butter. Perfect for those of us who eats mostly plants!

I have a very hectic schedule because I usually work in the evenings. That alone can really take a toll on your health and body and as a Model and Boxer you gotta be on 10 at all times. I tried various other options for sometime but the Food quality and freshness and flavor doesn’t compare to what Nelma made for me. She gave me options because I don’t enjoy eating the same thing everyday and her food is just so delicious, from the proteins, sauces to the greens even down to the black rice. She puts her heart into her food and you can definitely taste it. Further more I felt a serious rise in my energy levels, she added Maca Root and Ginseng to a few of the plates and I felt ramped up for days if you know  what I am saying 😉. Naked juice ➡️ kombucha - Naked juices are often sugar bombs in disguise. I don’t love the green machine because it acts like it’s mostly greens when really there’s a ton of fruit juice packed in. 16 oz bottle of kombucha is only 50 cals & 12g sugar while naked juice is 270 cals & 53g sugar.

I had a solid workout today. It was back day. I've been doing alot of the same exercises but I recently just switched it up and DAMN i can feel the burn. Meal planning with max muscle and workouts from lady boss. I plan for next week's way in to be the best one yet. LUNCH: Rice with a splash of low sodium soy sauce, sautéed zucchini with some bomb spices, and some perfectly seasoned steak. It's funny when I think back to when I had less life experience and less education, especially when it comes to something like fitness. 😣😆

•I used to think eating 5-6 small meals per day was better for fat loss when compared to 2-3.
•I used to think that eating later lead to more fat gain.
•I used to think that white rice, white bread and white potatoes was the equivalent of eating straight sugar.
•I used to think that cardio was better for fat loss when compared to weightlifting.
•I used to think that you had to *feel* like you were working really hard and sweating a lot to have a productive workout. -
It's funny now because I know that none of those things are true. I'm not saying these things couldn't help, but they're missing the bigger picture.

Banana chips ➡️ Banana - While banana chips are yummy, it’s much easier to overeat than a banana. A medium banana is about 105 calories while 8.5 banana chips are 105 calories. You could easily eat a couple handfuls of banana chips in one sitting but it’s a lot harder to eat 3 bananas.

Bagel ➡️ Rice cake - Rice cakes are light, easy & go with almost any topping. Plus, they only contain 2 ingredients: rice & salt. Some bagels contain 14+ ingredients and often have added sugar. If you’re trying to lose weight, a rice cake is a much better, low calorie option.

Naked juice ➡️ kombucha - Naked juices are often sugar bombs in disguise. I don’t love the green machine because it acts like it’s mostly greens when really there’s a ton of fruit juice packed in. 16 oz bottle of kombucha is only 50 cals & 12g sugar while naked juice is 270 cals & 53g sugar.

🌺Reggeli: Kivételesen ittam egy kávét kókusz tejjel és ettem mellé cukormentes kekszet. Majd egy adag vízzel leforrázott zabkását, benne egy fél adag #szafifree barna rizscsíra fehérjével,áfonyával, málnával és dióval.
🌺Ebéd: Zöldségleves🥘, mellé sütőben sült amaránt liszt felhasználásával készült vörös lencse fasírtok🍪 házi humusszal, mandulával, kesudióval,reszelt uborkával és cukkinivel.🥒
🌺Uzsonna: Szilva, Ringló,és cseresznye 🍒, mellé fehérje shake kókusz tejjel és fahéjjal.
🌺Nasi: @dm_magyarorszag fehér csokis fehérjeszelet. (Csak,mert rohannunk kellett és éhes voltam már😔)
🌺Vacsora: Azt nem fényképeztem le, mert vacsorázni mentünk a párommal.💑 Spenótos-aszalt paradicsomos Tagliatellét ettem zöldsalátával, utána pedig két gombóc fagyit.🍨 Nah,ez az étkezés kompromisszumos volt, mert nem vegán a tejtermék miatt,de a lényeg, hogy húst nem akartam enni.
