Lunch prep for the week using several expired products 😝 - I managed to get 4 good portions out this (12g) , I would have liked to have squeaked it to 5 (9g) but I used what I had but next time I will add in extras, probably crispy bacon 🥓- I’ve had a taste and it’s really good! Ok, so it's been 2 weeks since I've started keto diet again. In these 2 weeks I've lost 10 pounds. And last weekend I had a cheat day, where I ate pizza, chocolate, chips, basically all the forbidden stuff 😳 I know.... bad.... but the great news is that I only gained 1 pound after that cheat day! Which is amazing! And I know it's not a pound of fat, it's just retained water. And I am back on track 🤗 And btw I am doing lazy keto for now, I dont count calories, nor macros, nor do i exercise. I just make sure I hit around 10 000 steps a day. And as for food I just make sure I am high on the fat side and low on carb side. It is VERY important to have high fats when you're on keto. That's your main source of energy when you're eliminating carbs. So.... for the first week for breakfast I had 3 eggs with butter and 2 slices of cheddar cheese, sometimes with bulletproof coffee, sometimes just water. For snack before lunch at work I had blueberries, nuts and cucumber, sometimes an egg. For lunch I made arugula salad, which had arugula, baked chicken thighs, pecans, avocado, blueberries,  strawberries, goat cheese, chia seeds, and a balsamic dressing. For snack after work I had a can of salmon with 1 tbsp of mayo and cheese crisps which I made in a microwave. (You can use tuna cans, I just prefer salmon because it has more fat and it is less dry compared to tuna). And for dinner I had baked fish and cauliflower rice with butter. Btw this arugula salad is my favorite now. I really recommend it. Especially since its pact with awesome and healthy micronutrients. Sure, both lettuce and arugula have low glycemic index but arugula is far more superior when it comes to good micronutrients. 👍🏻

Today has so many emotions for me. First off I have officially been on this weight loss journey for 70 days today. That's a huge milestone for me. I lost another pound on the scale today. Officially 187.6 lbs today. I ate like shit all week while I had the flu and was scared to see what the scale would say. But even though I ate horribly, I stayed in my calories each day. Just goes to show apart of weight loss is seriously just math! Then, last night my amazing hubby did two month progress photos with me even after we got in bed and we're all warm! He was actually excited to see the progress! I love having a partner not just in this weight loss journey but in life ❤️

The biggest milestone for me today was opening my first @ellieactivewear subscription box. I usually hate subscription boxes. On top of that active wear?!?! My body has not fit into normal sizes for a long time. I've run from leggings and tight fitting clothing for 5+ years. But I gave @ellieacticewear a shot and I am so glad I did. First off just look at that box 😍 I was in love from the first glance! Then you open it and the box says so many nice things to you! For being a first time buyer they gave me a free bag and water bottle. And damn that water bottle is nice (I am a very picky water bottle girl too!) Then I went to the clothes. I was so scared. But......I seriously have never felt so pretty and healthy then when I put these on. I am absolutely in love. And even better, I'm in love with how I look in these clothes. I felt AMAZING. This is the first time I am really showing you guys my full body in different angles. This is super vulnerable for me but that's how much I love these clothes. They need to be shown off! I mean just look at the back of those leggings and sports bra!?!? Those cut out 😍 and that's jacket, umm pretty much living in that from now on! .

Okay my point is, today is a good day for me. And I am celebrating me today. I am on my 5th day of the flu. Luckily most of my flu symptoms are gone. Now I'm left with a horrible cough and shit in my nose! .

J'ai une bechamel avec 40g beurre et farine et une certaine quantité de lait😅, ajouté sel poivre, muscade.
On ajoute un peu de béchamel a l'appareil mais on en garde surtout pour le dessus du gratin, j'ai ajouté des noix concassées et du comté râpé. 
Et ben c'est délicieux ! C'est le genre de plats d'automne bien réconfortant que je mangerais bien tous les jours 😍

Day 13. Yesterday I took a rest day. Had a ton of housework and errands to do. I will be doing either yoga or a leg workout most likely tonight. Also, today is meal prep day since I got everything in my to do list done yesterday! Shakeo for the commute. Breakfast tacos with eggs and black beans for breakfast at work. Lunch will be broccoli, apples & pb. Dinner will be ground meat with pumpkin butternut squash sauce with veggies. Need to get some cheese in here too! Everything took me like 20 minutes. Still all healthy foods that fit into the meal plan. Also, the less cooking the better since I have no idea what I'm doing in the kitchen! Hope everyone is having a great sunday!

Have you ever tried perilla leaves? They taste like a mix of basil and mint! And these barbecue enoki mushrooms are so. good. The texture is similar to pulled jackfruit and the sauce is smokey and spicy. I thought it wouldn’t turn out well because I looked up a barbecue sauce recipe but I didn’t have all the ingredients 😞 I substituted some stuff and it turned out much better than I expected! I used sautéed garlic and onions, ketchup (already sweetened), apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, chipotle in adobo (for the smokey-ness), chili powder, paprika, and black pepper.
