Finally putting my feet up after a lonngggg day of teaching 🤪 I’ve been super quiet documenting my challenge this past week, but I’ve been on top of it! One of my goals was to make the time to get my workout in each day. This alone I struggle with, let alone getting a photo to go with it! 😝 #day21 a HIIT workout inspired by @bodbyrachaelfinch
Teasing into fall, and oh my that felt far away and yet not. Got the advice from a friend yesterday to stay in vacation mood until the weekend and my trip to Åland. To rest, do Pilates for my own sake, to go running, to wine and dine (like this Tuesday's lunch) and enjoy the sun while it lasts in the cool winds now sweaping over Stockholm and most importantly to keep of the grid (workgrid). My home workout is all about strengthening the lower abs, connecting and creating pelvic stability with the fit ball.🔵
The leg scissors work my inner thigh big time, then again working my pelvic floor. Finding how this exercise talks to me and how my body feel challenge it's a great way to get to know my weaknesses and strength.
Self-growth💢 learning about the body, movements, self-awareness, controlling and do one's utmost for well-being.✨
I accept and love my body as it is and work to make it and feel better. ✔

Plilates Teacher Training - You may not have chosen what happened to you—but you can choose what you do with it. ~ pilates path for health. Joe was probably the living example of his own method and the demonstration of the power of Pilates. Having lived with diseases that left him imbalanced gave rise to the Pilate Method - a body conditioning which when practiced methodically as designed, together with conscious breathing can return the body back to life hence the essence of Pilates.
The human body is resilient it can combat, endure and over come a lot of things once we understand how it works. Joe created his method out of necessity for himself first because having this unwanted diseases have the best of him wasn’t an option. He learned whatever was needed to bring himself back to life and we are forever grateful of that, therefore first and foremost we must not forget:
