Past few Friday’s has had some snatching and i am loving it! Had an emom starting at 155 and adding 10lbs until failure and made it up to 275. Then failed at 285, then took another swing and made it! Let’s go!! Honestly never thought I’d be snatching this again!!

WE'VE MOVED!!! Just one of the things we've been busy with since we went missing. Our new space is 5x as big as the space in River Rock, with 2 additional squat stands, turf, lifting platforms, and all the tools you'd need to get stronger than you ever thought possible.

Favourite lift of the week/day!
It’s not always fun, I’m not always “strong”. This week was honestly a fucking nightmare when it came to lifting - it was more of test week and I felt like I bombed every lift.
But sometimes it happens. The important thing is to keep showing up, keep on figuring it out. (Even if you go home and cry after every session)
Today I moved shit, put my guts into it and hit some nice complexes around 80-90%. Tomorrow I’ll show up and do what I can do until I do what I want to do.
Funny how things change... this time last year, @321ollie and I had just gotten back from USAPL Nationals and were about to head to IPL Worlds (I wanted to see what the big meets in both of the big PL feds were like 🤷🏻♀️ .) This year, I’m #5monthspregnant and excited about working on sumo deadlift triples without a mixed grip to work on my grip some 😂. It’s been a little hard to always keep in mind, but I’m trying to always remember to enjoy the journey!
