Sunday breakfast 🍳
Not too sure what to call this because it’s not a quiche & it is not a shakshuka... but it is like a soufflé!
To be honest, it is a product of being ravenous after waking up at 3am & getting lost on the way to & back from the airport 😳 (the roads are not clear at all!)
The lightness is quite appealing & such a nice alternative to a quiche. Maybe someone can name the dish after trying it? —————————
•1x can @muttipomodoroau finely chopped tomatoes •1x tblsp Italian herb 🌿paste
•Sprinkle of grated cheese 🧀
1. In a bowl mix the herbs & tomatoes 🍅
2. I cracked the eggs in and then like you fold egg whites in a soufflé, I folded the mix together (so light it did not break the yolk)
3. Poured the mix into a baking dish & lightly sprinkled it with cheese 🧀
4. Not too sure how long I baked it for, but once the tomatoes heated, the eggs set quite quickly.
I enjoyed this with some lemon avocado 🥑, and hubby enjoyed it with buttery sourdough toast to mop up the deliciousness 🤤

Last week on my IG stories I had hilarious fail trying to recreate @frankhaasnoot chocolate decoration - it was a shocker 😂 I got flooded with messages from you all though with tips and ideas on what to do and I finally cracked it! So I decided I needed a fast motor to spin the life out of the chocolate so I rigged up my blender with a chop stick (so it closed the latch) and then superglued a metal cake base to a blade attachment - and voila, a fast spinning plate! Now a little warning here, messing with your blender and leaving it open while the blade spins really fast is not a sensible idea so pleaseeeeee be safe if you try it or maybe just let me be the fool and don’t try 😂 I don’t want you doing anything dangerous! Pipe your tempered chocolate on top and boom! A beautiful chocolate decoration. Big thanks to @kake_huset for all the help! It was his genius idea!
