I’m sure you’re sick of my sweaty face by now so here’s a sweet morning sky!
Managed to slip on a curb and roll over this morning like a complete tool.. I feel fine. Hopefully some injury doesn’t appear during the day. Getting older now so you never know! Ha! Off now for breakfast.

I was pregnant with my second child you already know. The two pregnancies fattened between 24 and 26 kilos and were followed. What I intend is to encourage these women who may feel bad at this moment and believe that a change is impossible. Dear is possible! And it's never late! I started taking care of my diet at the age of 32 (not the quantities but the quality) and doing more sports a year before. I feel better in all aspects. I love the idea of running. My mind loves it. However my body is definitely not a fan, but I keep trying. One of the reasons I keep trying is Pete Thompson @marathonsforthemind who is such a great inspiration not just for runners but also for why every day you should just add a bit of ‘nice’ to your day...Pete’s a genuinely good human being...something unfortunately you can’t always take for granted in our society. A good example of Pete’s inspiration is the fact he is currently running the @tourdefrance2018 route averaging 30miles a day over 70 days. 2,082 miles in total and 27,000 metres of climbing. All with just the support of @salsatime (and a few guest runners)
So give @marathonsforthemind a follow to track their progress; join the #strava group #runthetourlite perhaps, and if you’ve got a spare bit of change please do donate to support the mental charities that Pete is doing all this for.

I am still so happy about #ecotrailoslo 50K of last month. And almost 4 weeks later I am training good and looking forward to my next race. I was a bit uncertain if I shall race half or full marathon distance. Think I will go for the marathon. Only 3 weeks ahead. I hope you are well. 발매때부터 오옷! 거리며 노렸지만 높은 발매가 탓에, 하지만....
냉큼 대려온!? 개인적으로 스펙을 따지지않으려 노력하지만 스펙을 떠나 #onrunning 특유의 유니크함과 눈에 들어오는 기능들이 호기심을 자극한다!
내가 아마 이 브랜드를 좋아하는 이유는 타협하지 않는게 보여서? 그리고 뭔갈 모방한 느낌이 전혀 들지 않아서 너무 좋고 반갑기까지하다!
아! 맞다! 이거 할인 많이한다고 그런지 몰라도 주문한 다섯켤레중 두개가 불량, 오염이라서 바로 교환 요청했다- 다행이 보내고 검품하기전에 바로 보내주서 그 서비스는 매우 만족!
매장에서 보낸듯한데 너무 티나잖아.... 대충 보낸거, 그리고 디피상품을 보내는건 이해하는데 걍 대충 박스에 때리넣어 보낸게 너무 티가나 괘씸했던!!! 특히나 위의 플래쉬는 한쪽 변색이 너무 심한데.... 봉사가 아닌이상... 허허허... 왜이러실까... 아마츄어같이 이런 기분이었다!
아무튼 온전히 깨끗한 신발 받아서 다행! 왜 이해가 안되냐면 보낼때 제대로 검품하고 보내면, 1분도 안걸리는데, 자기네들만 배송비 손해잖아! 특히 아울렛 상품인데 말이다-
Last training before my next TRAIL race next wkd: Golfo dei Poeti in Cinque Terra !! I am so exited 😀😀 When you’re racing on trails, there’s a real feeling about battling against the wilderness and the environment, versus battling against each other
I love trails more than everything cause it is still a race but on trails there is just a sense of being out there in nature and this is a feeling you can only experience on trail and you really have to be in harmony with the nature, even though it makes the race tougher
Here some tips if you want to train for trails: 💪💪 - Close to my running session I try to do once a week cross training, when you hit the side of a trail at a different angle, you’re using a whole different set of muscles, so im doing many exercises that engage all of the muscles in all different ways - When you are running in trail , you always run at different rhythms so I practice interval training over a hill which allows me to be better whenI have to go up a hill and then down the back side of this hill - For people who have never done a trail , before the first race I would advise to find a trail path which mimic your race to teach your body how to deal with fatigue and tempo because it is definitely totally a different approach than running on roads. - AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ENJOY AND HAVE FUN!😃

🤬Injuries provoke every emotion from annoyance to panic, but rarely reach amusement or happiness.😡 😳Pain can even create anxiety and depression, especially when it's a pain that's been hanging around for ages.😩 😀It always gave me great satisfaction to see someone's demeanour change from a drawn, low energy, low mood state when they arrived at my clinic, to a smiley, positive state when they left - simply by removing their pain.😀 😩Sometimes, just the thought of injuries can create a state of worry or even panic, especially in the run up to a race.😩 👎And all this extra anxiety creates more muscle tightness, that further compounds the injury problem.👎 ❤️I don't want that for you.❤️ 😋Most injuries aren't actually that complex, and even if they are, we can always make improvements.😋 If we don't talk about it, little issues can start to appear unconquerable and they get blown up out of proportion, when really, they're only itty-bitty issues. ✅Let me know what's bugging you by commenting below and I'll do my very best to help you solve it.✅ Let's be SMARTT™ - Let's do this together
I fell into Thursday with a bang this morning! Bike ride to work took a little bit longer today after a fall! Nice cut hand, knees and shoulder, all ready for this weekend's big run! Yay!! All is ok though, luckily I put my big boy pants on this morning and got straight back up and got myself to work! 😂 have a fabulous Thursday peeps. What's everyone else got planned for this weekend?
