If a man could fuck a woman in a cardboard box, he wouldn't buy a house. I take it further and sit on the floor on pillows, only have a laptop, and use a sleeping bag, one plate, one spoon, one bowl, one cup(so I don't stack up dishes and force myself to clean up as I go and never have to wash nobodies food coma unconcious dishes left in the sink) Never have to pay for a uhaul, spend money to eventually throw the shit away, waste my hard earned money on depreciating items that look cute, and put it all into my dynasty with income generating assets. Men don't have to showcase their nest building skills, men don't really gotta showcase, be validated, or prove anything in today's society, we can be lazy slobs playing video games all day, we can go to the store with the same shirt worn for 10 days straight with a ravioli stain and no one would really care, if a woman on the other hand walked around the same way people would freak out and she would be the talk of the town. This pressure is one of the reasons women create the most debt, taking out loans to buy a new cars, new furniture, go on vacation, just to prove they are successful, it is also the reason most women in today's society are miserable. Shoutout to the women that are minimalist and don't waste their money on dumb shit and invest and use logic when spending. I love the people that don't as well. I just favor the minimalist ones.
Its Throwback Thursday!!
This is something we try to live by, to model our business and ideas after.
Be creative, dont stick with the expected or the status quo.
Be you, we will be us.
We love to take the forgotten, the tossed aside and bring it back to life in an unexpected way, breathing new life into something in order for that next generation to enjoy.
A detail photo of one of my most recent commissions, “Surmount,” a rolling ball sculpture that not only functioned as its own work of art, but displayed other artwork as well! This sculpture featured three chain-driven rotating displayed that showed off some of my collector’s existing collection of art glass marbles. I live how “Surmount” turned out, and so does its owner! Commissions like these always challenge me and lead to interesting and fun creations.
