Leeeeegggg Day it was and boy oh boy was is crazy hard and amazingly good all at the same time!!! And best part was I got to work out and chat with some of my team that are across different states!!!! Yea we have it all🤷🏼♀️ So many people feel they can’t work out at home , which I gotta say I was that person tooooo but now I wouldn’t want to work out anywhere other than MY space and if I choose I can work out with some of the best!!!

Planning ahead for traveling or just busy times will set you up for success 👍 Pick a day, plan your meals for the week and then prep and store your pre-made meals so you can just grab and go or grab, eat and then go!! ✅
Breaking my overnight fasting with a green juice including medicinal grade organic turmeric and ginger (no is not a salad and juicing is a great way to eat your veggies!).
I add half of a green apple to balance the spiciness of the ginger (I like it spicy!)....Limiting fruits to two times a week and eating one fruit group at a time has being pivotal for reducing the cravings for consuming sugar creating the effect of reducing my joint pain and inflammation and avoiding gaining weight.
