The youth worker was attachment for those who didn’t have someone to attach to at home.
After care at clubs is done, but can and should be inclusive a more wholistic approach support over targets that fall under welfare.

Up to this point I'd always done exercise, but this was the period I decided to take my training and physique to another level instead of just talking about doing it.
I'm satisfied with my progress but I'm still trying to push for more.
