Mmm breakfast!!! It really is MY most favorite meal.
I like a fresh breakfast each morning so I get up 10 minutes earlier to cook my eggs (takes 4 mins), I have my strawberries pre sliced and the steak cooked during Sunday meal prep. I grill them to medium then thin slice. Yes it's still red!! But when I reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds the steak finishes cooking and is not tough and chewy. This makes my 4am mornings much easier and saves me a ton of time.
2 whole eggs
3 oz sirloin steak
3 oz strawberries
1 piece Ezekiel toast
Plenty of sea salt!! If you are still too crunched for time and need to eat on the run, scramble your eggs, leave off the strawberries and add another piece of Ezekiel toast. Make a steak and eggs sandwich, put into individual sandwich bags and warm up as you are heading out the door.
