I wanted to try and make a healthy dessert so a quick search on Pinterest came up with these no bake strawberry cheesecake bites. Just need cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, fresh strawberries, and crushed graham crackers. Such a good alternative to satisfy my sweet tooth!😍🍓

The only thing is, then I just feel like snuggling under a blanket and watching movies all way while snacking on junk food!
I think it’s safe to say this love of rainy days comes from awesome childhood memories!! 🎈 .
But I’m an adult now - and apparently it’s unacceptable for adults to ignore all responsibility and just sit on the couch eating junk food all day🙄
Sucks eh?!?! 😆 .
Oh well, I’m just thankful that this adult is finally starting to act like one!
Because not too long ago, I was sitting on the couch all day eating junk food - regardless of the weather outside or what I needed to do that day!
So today I’m thankful for making my health a priority, so when I do get to relax & unwind, I know I’ve earned it 😊 .
And this really delicious, all natural healthy chocolate peanut butter bar, I’m DEFINITELY thankful for this! Because boy was I snacky today! 🌧 🌧 🌧 🌧 .
