Ok. Stepping outside of my comfort zone 😊. I’ve been a Crossfitter for 4 years now. I had gotten pretty darn strong and worked so hard in the gym. I definitely wanted to take a few pounds off but it felt like is didn’t matter what I did, nothing helped more then a few pounds so I’d go back to my personal norm.
Beth and I have known each other for years now, both in the gymnastics world and the Crossfit world. It was so exciting to watch her achieve her goals with this lifestyle. Then I watched another friend also transform. I didn’t even know Victorty Nutrition had started! So I reached out and said “I want in, now!” Lol.
I’m down over 25lb, maintaining, and looking forward to another focused cut after the holidays. The best part? Feeling, amazing, loads of energy, faster at the gym. I couldn’t be happier to have found a lifestyle that works. Hang in there newbies, this is SO worth it! Thank you Beth, you have been and always will be a special person and friend 😘

Pretty much the same as yesterday just changed up the flavour... vanilla with chocolate sprinkles Müller light, a banana and a white chocolate jazzie/snowie sweet
I think the reason I didn’t realise/think I had a problem is because I don’t look like I do because of my figure. I’ve always had wide hips, broader shoulders and full leg/thighs with a smaller waist. Now my hip bones show but are still wide, my shoulders are bonier but still broad and my thighs are still fuller but the fat has gone and it’s just muscle and my waist and ribs are even more prominent but this isn’t visible when I’m wearing clothes. So I don’t think I look to others like I have this problem so I felt less valid, like I couldn’t have it because I don’t fit the stereotype but that was stupid. Everyone is different and that’s what we all need to embrace, love and celebrate.
Common question people ask me ... “ Do I really need to do that”... my answer YES YES YES. To help insure longevity of your vehicle there are recommended but necessary services that should be done. 👫💞 Researchers suggest that those with poor relationships have an unhealthy relationship with themselves. They have not found their true identity within themselves, but look towards others to define them.
No one notices annoying traits or character defects, or if they do, they minimize it because they are in love. As time goes by, things begin to change. The love hormones wane, character defects become clear, and arguing occurs more often.

Thoughts are like organisms.
They have distinct characteristics that can effect our mood, influence our behavior, and multiply to take on a life of their own.
The more potent a thought is, the more it seems to repeat itself in our mind throughout the day.
