🏋🏽♀️♥️ not my full work out but some of my upper body work plus legs 😼. I worked on my core also with these sets and it felt amazing! I did 7 sets of 15 in a cycle. 15 squats with the bell, 1 minuet plank, 15 pull ups and 15 push-ups.. with a 30 second break in between each set. I didn’t do all 15 in these because I worked my muscles the day before really hard and I was a bit sore sooo I slacked alittle and took it easy 🙂 For my core I did the planks, leg raises, high knees and plank rolls along with crunches🙂 that’s was my workout for yesterday and the day before!! >

ARM DAY!! Jk, we don’t do arm days. However I will throw some accessories and circuits in there every now and then. Try this bicep one out!! 4 exercises, 8 reps each w/no rest in between. Rest about 1min and repeat for 3 sets. On the seated BB curls you can use your legs as a little assist to get the weight started up(as I did) 😅💪🏼 @bigsexy185
