Recipe: Season the chicken pieces on both sides with salt and pepper. Add some oil in a frying pan place over high heat. Cook the chicken until light brown or cooked through.
Add some oil in the pan and cook the pepper and onions for three minutes or until lightly charred and beginning to soften.
Arrange the lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and pepper on two plates.
Slice the chicken and scatter on the top of the salad.
Drizzle some soya sauce mixed with chopped garlic and squeeze some lemon juice over. Season with salt, pepper, some chilli flakes and sesame seeds and you are done.
