Sushi for lunch @ Sushi gio Langley. We got agedashi tofu for appetizer, im not very fan of tofu but it was OK. I got their lunch combo Gio3 that comes with tempura veggies n prawn, chicken/beef teriyaki ( i got chicken), 1spicy roll and 1veggie roll. To make - one frozen banana, one cup of mixed berries, 2 tablespoons of plain greek yogurt, and a half cup of coconut milk. You can use almond milk or cashew milk if you prefer.
Toppings - bananas, blueberries, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and cocoa nibs.

🎸Pushups are by far one of my favourite compound exercises! You always have the people who will say "yo bro how much can you bench?" and I usually respond with "how many 1-arm pushups can you do?"! -
🎸That's not to toot my own toot or anything, but the point is a lot of people forget about bodyweight movement and how, before you even think of benching, you better be able to do some pushups! Not one or two, but a good set!

🎸You have to be able to synergistically coordinate your body and control the movement before putting on plates and moving a bar up and down! That's how injuries occur and believe me, they will!

🎸Pushups also have the benefit of progressions! You can make them as hard or easy as you want! You can go from pushups on your knees (WHICH ARE NOT "GIRL PUSHUPS"! THEY ARE SIMPLY AN EASIER VARIATION AND NOT GENDER SPECEFIC!) ➡️ regular pushups ➡️diamond and wide pushups ➡️ archer pushups ➡️ typewriter pushups ➡️one arm pushups ➡️etc! Find where you lie in that oversimplified progression list and go at it!

Garnissez-le de fines tranches de viande cuite, ou de végé-pâté dans mon cas 3. Mettez un peu de fromage et des tranches de tomates 🍅🧀4. Placez au four à broil quelques minutes 👩🏻‍🍳. Vous m’en donnerez des nouvelles! Pour une salade d’accompagnement, faites comme moi et coupez en dés du concombre 🥒 et des radis et mélangez les à des oignons verts et du jus de citron 🍋 . Sayur labu siam/
Kuah lontong/ketupat sayur
Bebas nyebutnya mah... 1 kg labu siam/manisa
1 bks cecek sapi (mgkn sekitar 200gr kali yak, rebus, potong dadu, sisihkan)
1 kotak tahu (potong kecil-kecil, goreng kering, sisihkan)
200gr udang
1 ruas lengkuas geprek
3 lbr daun salam
2 batang sereh
1,5 liter santan (saya pake 3 bks kara kecil dan 1 liter air)

Bumbu halus:
10 siung bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
5 btr kemiri
7 buah cabai merah besar (buang bijinya)
4 buah cabai rawit (saya skip)
Gula, garam merica sesuai selera.

Caranya:
Tumis bumbu halus dengan sedikit minyak.
Masukkan lengkuas, sereh dan daun salam. Tumis hingga bumbu harum dan matang.
Masukkan udang, cecek sapi, dan tahu. Masak sampai udang berubah warna.
Kecilkan api, masukkan santan sambil diaduk.
Selanjutnya masukkan labu siam/manisa. Masak hingga matang. Sajikan dengan lontong/ketupat, pake nasi juga enak..

SALMON EN CROSTA CROCANTE DE ALMENDRAS + ENSALADA TROPICAL

Comer pescado en casa no tiene porque ser aburrido ni difícil.  Esta receta de salmon con costra crocante es espectacular, mejor de lo que comerías en cualquier restaurant y una tontería de hacer! 👏🏻👩🏼‍🍳 La ensaladilla tropical se hace en 2 minutos y complementa bárbaro el pescado. Te paso la receta! ✧
RECETA
✧ ✔️Prender el horno a fuego medio.
✔️Primero prepara el granulado para arriba del salmon. GRANULADO👉🏻: procesa en minipimer un puñado de almendras, pero sin llegar a que se transforme en harina. Solo quieres que se rompan "chiquito". Retira del mixer y sumale puñado de pan rallado (panko queda mejor) + toque de ajo en polvo + toque de pimentón + pizca de azúcar negra + sal/pimienta.
✔️Agarra tu salmon, condimenta con sal y gotas de limon y rocia con aceite de oliva para que se pegue el granulado. Aplasta granulado arriba del salmon como si fuera un "panizado" (pero solo la parte de arriba)  y lleva a una placa para horno (con aluminio o levemente aceitada para que no se pegue).
✔️Lleva al horno y cocina hasta que cortes un pedacito de pescado y este se "desgrane". 👀OJO que se cocina muy rápido. ✅Lo ideal seria que los últimos 4 minutos de cocción subas el pescado de nivel y utilices el grill de tu horno (si es que tenes) para que se dore perfecto!
✔️Mientras tanto, 👉🏻arma tu ENSALADITA: corta palta y daditos de mango y condimenta de manera simple con aceite de oliva, limon y sal. (si tenes sal en escamas le queda re bien).
✔️Servir el salmon con la ensaladita por arriba!

Ingredients:
*1 zucchini (I like the green ones but you can use the one you like the most)
*1 beef medallion
*1/2 cup of orange juice
*1 tsp of honey

Preparation:
*Spiralize the zucchini so you make the “noodles”
*Grill the beef medallions and when they are ready, add the juice and honey into the same pan
*Wait until the sauce thickness a bit and serve!
