What we did today...
Special first aid class for PNB Kinabalu Team, with emphasis on CPR. Being a first aider is no trivial job. Doing 30 times chest compression on repeat could be taxing, especially if the first aider is lacking on fitness. That's why we, a first aider or not, must keep our body in shape so that we could be of help to someone in need or at least not becoming a burden to anyone. 😉😎

I like taking pictures of my feet (you may have noticed from my stories 😂) because they take me to some pretty incredible places and can take a serious beating. So here's another post-run #footfie 👣
I also haven't gotten a long run (my mountain time) in the last two weekends and I don't even know who I am anymore 🤷♀️
