😬⚰️Lifts have made their way back in to my life, how could I complain? When using light to medium weight, I’ll exaggerate my full range of motion and go for maximum reps within a fixed time frame (i.e., x amount of reps in 60 seconds.) • I can’t help but appreciate the results I’ve seen from June’s training, and July is going just as smoothly. All my 🦆 are in order training wise and there’s even some geese and a few turkeys mixed in there as well. Size and strength increases is where my mind is at currently, so the videos to come will be a little more intense than normal and I’ll do my best to try to explain them fully. Please understand this is not a look at me lift page and will never be that, I hope y’all can take things from this page and use them in the real world and in your own routines. More access to my training outlines and deeper explanations of specific exercises are soon to be yours.
