Day 36: this challenge is definitely flying by at this point and I’m finding my focus. I lost the weight I gained last week and dropped to my lowest body fat percentage yet. But I’ve gotta keep working to get those numbers down more. Started off my morning with my favorite spin class, where I got to celebrate some little personal victories. For the first time ever, I broke 90 rpms while standing on the bike. Typically my max was 75. And I maxed out at 360 watts, my previous max was 350.
Throughout this challenge, @lisax23 has been giving our team little mini challenges. Last week was to try something new, so I tried a TRX circuit class and I loved it so much that I couldn’t wait to go again this week.
This week, our challenge is to do 30 push ups a day. One of my goals this challenge is to improve my push-up, so here goes this week!
You are worthy of wanting something MORE. This sentence has truly changed my entire mindset, as cliche as that sounds. 🤷🏼♀️ Really truly I feel like the happiest & strongest version of myself that I EVER have...& I’m just so grateful. So thankful for the amazing people in my life (& online 🙈) that have spoken so much truth into my life. 💕

My crazy awesome client Jenn has been working so hard and is starting to see the gains from all her efforts! •
Here is what she has to say about her plan and her progress so far: “The discipline of the program...eating to plan, consistent working out, working out for my goals and my fitness, it needs a fun team atmosphere for motivation!”
Jenn is a 60 Day participant, a dedicated member of my 6am TEAM Cut class, a member of Life Time Run and she trains with me 1 day per week to work on some more specific goals. She was literally shocked when I took these videos and showed her the progress she’s made! I’m so proud of what she’s been able to accomplish and I can’t wait to watch her continue to grow! •

Ok so I am def still working on the whole “eat clean” routine 🙃 Today’s #fooddiary includes: • venti dark roast w/ milk
• organic cherry pomegranate pop tarts • my fave Chopt salad
• grilled chicken breast w/ small portion of cheese tortellini for date night dinner w/ hubby
Aaaaand 🥁 I went to the gym today! That’s an improvement! #consistencyiskey#onrepeat#lt60daychallenge#sotired
Spin class is done. Class was called don’t crack and it was brutal. I’m excited I was able to push and stay in zone 4 for over 20 minutes. I’m not 100% so it was a huge win to mentally push for that. There is seriously no better feeling than you finish a tough workout and you are dripping sweat and feel a little nauseous and you know you gave everything you had. Glad tomorrow is recovery day, I need it. #gymmouse#spin#2020club#lt60day#lt60daychallenge#pushyourself
Day 32: We’re over half way there. Sorry for the lack of posting, I hit a bit of a slump this weekend. Monday’s weigh in started the week off on a sour note when I gained back 1.5 lbs after a some pizza and wings last week. I felt like I was in a slump and that my workouts were getting unfocused. I decided to try a new class and took the TRX circuits class on Monday and man was my whole body SORE. It took 3 days for the soreness to finally fade. After that, I needed lower impact workouts so I opted for Pilates and had an much needed foam rolling class. Today I got to meet with Lisa, who has been an awesome coach and motivator throughout this challenge. She helped me get back on track and helped me get some structure before I go away next week. I was a sweaty mess, but all smiles after our workout! 📷: @lisax23
I wanted to share my stats from this week. I took off down the delta with friends this past weekend which meant 2.5 days of drinking excessively...lol. I did stick very closely to the other dietary restrictions though. Anyway, Sunday would have been our weigh in but we did it Monday instead. I gained fat and weight and had lost muscle(I was still pretty active over the weekend though and I'm sure that helped). So, no alcohol and monitoring my eating habits shows that in 3 days I was able to get back on track and... my weight dropped the lowest it's been in forever! I'm pretty proud of myself regardless and plan on building more muscle and trying to reach 16% body fat. I have 3.5 more weeks till this challenge is over. Wish me luck! #lt60daychallenge#getfit#strongisthenewskinny#bethebestversionofyou#goals#growabs#growmuscles#longpost#imactuallywaitingforyogatostartasipostthis
On my birthday I decided I wasn’t going to let fear hold me back this coming year. I’ve alwaysssss wanted to get back to dance, but was so afraid of putting myself in a position that makes me uncomfortable, and look crazy as I get back into it. Well tonight was day one of this practice with this team, and it was HUMBLING. Rusty doesn’t even begin to describe!! But it also gave me the most insane determination to master this...& so much PURE JOY. I will keep everyone updated on this new adventure. 🙊🙊💃🏼💃🏼💕💕
This week is the halfway point of the fall 60 day challenge! I've been doing so good......but this weeks weigh in told me something different. Even though I "lost" weight the other numbers told me different. I gained some body fat and lost some muscle. This is just a reminder that the number on the scale doesn't mean EVERYTHING.
I'm gonna keep going strong and get my numbers going in the right direction again!
Day 23: got my time down a little bit more, shaved about 40 seconds off my time. It’s definitely getting harder to run, but I’m definitely going to keep pushing. Already a third of the way through this challenge and I’m feeling stronger than ever. Even managed 10 assisted pull-ups today!
#fitnessphotoadaychallenge Day 1: #workoutselfie . This (awful) pic is from a few days ago but I didn’t work out yesterday (actual Day 1), unless you count waiting tables from 4:30-midnight. I do give myself days off, as often as I want. That’s what’s different this time. I’ve been too strict with myself before, pushed myself too hard, and all that leads to (for ME) is stress, burnout, negative self-talk, and binging. This time around it’s not about a rush to transform myself, or even a race to a goal. This is about being aware of what my body’s strengths and weaknesses are on any given day. To celebrate my body and tend to it as needed. I am a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time. (Side note: I love these group fitness rooms that are usually empty by the time I get to the gym at night. I can work out without feeling self-conscious, which I do...a lot, lol)
