During my holiday in Australia at Bondi Beach I saw all athletes doing human flag , frontlever , handstand etc. I was so impressed and I wanted to do the same . Now I am here again with some fresh skill now I can motivate other people and give them tips same as people gave them to me. I am really proud of myself of who I became . Not always was easy not everything went good but I knew I am going right way the most important to do not give up . If you didn't start doing anything with yourself remember everyday is good to start new life learn new habbits and be stronger 💪

The last time I tried hanging on the wide part of the frame my shoulder didn't like me for it. Ended up tearing a muscle and causing myself injury.
Now I'm stronger with a little more flexibility it feels great.

L-Sit Drills : I don’t know why but one day I saw some parallel bars and I thought I’d buy them. Hoping my pushups and L-Sits will improve from current state. 😂😂😂 Don’t know what I was thinking cos these are bells and whistles 😁😁 Could have used blocks or just the ground. As you can see, if you were to come by my house, you will see tons of gadgets... which I do use occasionally as I’m a sucker for props as exercise aids to start me off anything that is difficult to do.  For L-Sits I think the gauge to check on a proper lift and hold is whether the heel of my feet are above my bum level else without the blocks/bars, my heels will be resting on the ground to lift bums.  Hang time isn’t good though and still not effortless, my legs aren’t perfectly straight and my shoulders seem to be sinking too. New programme today after too much time sticking to the same one 😂

1️⃣ L-sit holds and pullups. Just trying to prolong the isometric part for the abs longer than normal and I really felt it! Abs are very much destroyed 😜

2️⃣ Hypertrophy squats. Picked a light weight just to get used to the 12 rep range again as I was keeping it mid-range to low for a good 1 and 1/2 months. Form will improve as I get to the 8-12 reps as this is where my body has to readjust!

3️⃣ handstand pushups. Did this at the start of my workout. Thanks too @0_drakey_0 for the tip! Really felt my strength grow and had more control of the reps and the descent at the end of the set! Will practise back facing and aim for moretime off the wall next time!

Just a few key exercises I picked from my workout today. I prefer only 1 day rest though. Happy with handstand progress gradually, I am #motivated by the areas I am progressing in. Not rushing. Never run away from a challenge
Gains are not easy to make, especially over 30! When I first looked at this comparison, I was kind of bummed out. I was hoping for some gnarly transformation. But then I remembered that there are so many more reasons I move my body and exercise than just getting bigger. Not to mention gaining muscle (especially naturally) is no easy task. It’s easy to get caught up in the ‘never big enough or lean enough’ mindset, but in reality, I’ve made so much progress in the last 3 years. Not just as far as my physique goes, but in so many areas of my life. Progress over perfection is something I always say and I need to take my own advice. Focus and celebrate on the steps you’re taking to improve yourself rather than critiquing where you are at! Props to everyone out there doing the best with what you have, wherever you are at! 👊 What are your thoughts? Do I look any different? .

Прежде, чем я начну описывать метод - как быстро освоить выход силой на кольцах, хотел бы сказать, что:
1. На видео не я, а мой знакомый (клиент язык не поворачивается назвать, хотя по факту клиент, но всё же больше чем клиент, почти друг😁)
2. Разница между видео - первое 26 апреля, а второе 12 июня. То есть, меньше 2х месяцев. А ведь в первом видео мы только только учим выход силой.
3. Мой клиент и друг (всё же) - очень круто спрогрессировал! Гордость и уважение моё не знает границ🤘🙏

А теперь по делу.
Итак, вы решили освоить такой крутой скил - как ВЫХОД СИЛОЙ на кольцах.
Вам понадобятся кольца и две резинки с натяжением 10-15кг.
Резину прикрепляете к турнику и на каждой закрепляете кольцо. Далее находите положение тела, чтобы в районе плеч уже возникало натяжение.
Берётесь глубоким хватом за кольца и протягиваете их вдоль тела вниз, как на видео.
Работайте не спеша, прочувствуйте как поэтапно включаются разные группы мышц. Сначала спина и бицепс, затем дельта и предплечье, и наконец трицепс и грудь.
Выход силой - многосуставное упражнение и, чем лучше вы будете чувствовать включение то одних суставов, то других, - тем легче упражнение будет вам даваться.
Важно - протягивать кольца максимально близко к телу. В фазе, когда из тягового движения вы переключаетесь в жимовое - подаём корпус вперёд.

Может статься, что вы поняли механику. Хорошо получается отработать движение с резинками, а вот когда пытаетесь сделать сам выход силой - не хватает глубины хвата, не даётся переход в жимовую фазу. Тогда работайте над глубоким хватом. Делайте так - максимально глубоко прокручивайте кисти внутрь и пытайтесь так висеть разгибая руки в локтях. Поначалу будет очень сложно. Не переживайте и не торопитесь, ваши лучезапястные суставы укрепятся, пройдёт около двух недель и вы почувствуете больше уверенности в положении глубокого хвата.

Естественно, что для выхода силой необходимо обладать хотя бы базовой силой плечевого пояса. 10-15 чистых подтягиваний не должны быть для вас проблемой.
Что же, здесь теория заканчивается и наступает черёд практики.
Как часто можно тренироваться - зависит только от вашего восстановления!
