Ok so, not so good news: two nights ago I had a relapse regarding self harm and suicidal thoughts/actions. There has simply been too much stress and anguish that I have been grappling with and it just came to a head. I’ve been fighting a lot and not recovering enough mentally before the next fight occurs. It took a toll on me. And I decided I didn’t wanna be here any longer. I managed to call Lifeline to try and calm myself down. They advised me to consider a return to the mental health ward for ‘a break from it all’ and to ‘heal’. I don’t know how I feel about that. Eventually it was my dad that brought me down from that line of thinking. He has been a godsend during this period of time. What sucks is that prior to this I was almost nine weeks clean of that behaviour, and everyone, including me, was so proud of that fact. Now I have to start counting the days again.
Good news: obv, I’m still here. Still kicking. Still fighting. Still losing weight (stalled for the moment but I’m not upset). I even left the house the next day to go to the gym. Sweat out the pill toxins. The fact that I didn’t couch potato all day is a big deal.
For my best friends birthday I wanted to dress up a little. Perk myself up. It worked, FYI. Plus the fact that the entire outfit was skin tight helped with not overeating. .
I ended up getting a massive, hella cheesy, hella beefy burger with bacon (in a lettuce bun, naturally). But I fucked up by eating wings smothered in BBQ sauce - so sugary!
I’m in a weird state at present. I’m very sad, and it feels like the weight loss journey is all I have going at the minute. Everything else seems to be in a ‘grey area’. As a Borderline, that is the worst state to be in. Nothing feels safe. Nothing feels concrete. Nothing is settled.
I’m not a happy person right now, but hopefully that changes soon. 🤞🏽

Recipe: mozzarella 115g, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons (24g), 1 teaspoon (3g) baking powder. Everything in the blender and ready. Easy does it...! Funny enough my cravings for sweet things are almost gone on #ketodiet (i didnt believe it before myself, but is so true now! Keto does help sugar addicts✌️). Howeveeeer 😉, once in a while I do want a little smth with my daily cup of herbal tea. So here you have my first attempt at #ketocookies and to my complete surprise and delight : they turned out amazing! Crunchy, a bit moist inside, almondy and a tad sweet - perfection 👌I used a very basic recipe, didnt add any chocolate or anything, just wanted to test first if it would be any good, and now that it was, im sure I would be experimenting further in the future;). So stay tuned. ////// Now, the recipe. (Suuuuuuper simple you guys) - 1)in one bowl mix almond flour, sweetner of your choice (i used a spoon of #erythritol ),baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. 2) in another bowl mix one egg and coconut butter. 3) poor wet into dry, mix well, form cookies and bake for 10-12 mon. That is it! Wasnt it just too easy?? Im just so happy now and falling more and more in love with#keto 😍.
Have you ever felt like you're always being rejected? Since childhood I've struggled with those feelings in so many areas of my life. I've always worn my heart on my sleeve and sometimes I still do. I wanted everyone to like me and no matter how nice you are that's just not going to happen. It is my belief that anyone peddling this type of information, and suggesting that spinach is a comparable protein source to steak, can only be doing so with WILFUL ignorance to promote an agenda. 👎🏻
Plant based diets absolutely CAN provide sufficient protein to build muscle and support training. Unsurprisingly however, it requires a more thoughtful approach than consuming spinach by the kilo. 🥗

4 years since I started consistently working out - except for when I didn’t 😝
Hey life happens! I’m proof that you can get back on track quickly! It’s all in ya mindset babes! Tell me again what was easy? .
📚 THE PAST 4 YEARS, STORY TIME📚
😎Aug 2014 Started working out in da gym. Started 6mo pre-op evaluation period. Started stalking everyone on IG who had WLS; watched who did it right and who did it wrong!
🎯Jan 2015 changed my diet to protein and produce. I cut all gluten and sweets! No bread, rice, pasta, desserts, nor other sweets! Gym 3-5 days a week lifting.
✂️ March 2015 VSG surgery. Gym 4-5 days a Week lifting through the next year.
💯 by June 2016 100lbs lost, then maintained ~ 95lb loss. Maintained protein and produce diet since Aug 2014. Gym was pretty consistent 4-5 days a week post surgery.
☕️ 🍿🍷 June 2017 - Dec 2017 gained 7lbs (felt like 30). Gained because I got lazy on my protein and produce diet and let gluten and sugar back into my life around June 2017...popcorn, chips, SB latte, cookies, And then there was also too much wine!! Total up from lowest in 2016 was 12lbs. Gym on and off; 2-3 times a week.
🥓Dec 2017 tried Keto through March 2018. Snatched my waist - Lost 3” in my waist and 15lbs. Went down to 136.5 - my lowest ever! Of course I lost “ everywhere else but that waist y’all?! 😎. The fat literally melted off! .
😎💪March 2018 - June 2018 Stayed on moderate keto. Maintained between 138-141lb. Gym 1-2 times a week. Made personal AB challenges March-June 2018! (Crazy results, just sayin’)!!!
🎬📐🛑 Aug 2018 measurements notice slight 1/2” increase here and there, back on strict keto this past Saturday!!! Down 1.5lb in 3 days. Gym is little to none, because ma back, but I will try again this week! .

2 years and 3 months ago I thought breast implants would make me happier, more confident.
I have started feeling terrible just few months after the surgery:
* Muscle pain
* Fatigue, all day every day * Joint pain (hip, hands, wrist)
* Memory loss/forgetfulness, tripping on words, concentration problems
* Dry mount, skin
* Hormone imbalance * Inflammation
* Tiredness * Weakness
* Back pain
* Dry skin
* Loss of libido
* Cold hand and feet
And the worse of all I developed:
* Hashimoto’s thyroiditis * Lekay gut
* tones of food intolerances (dairy, potatoes, soy, egg whites, nut, seeds, paprika, eggplant...) I have tears in my eyes, as I am extremely happy to make this decision and have implants removed. I can’t wait!
It’s 26 days until my breast explant surgery.
I’ve learned that having “foreign object” in your body can cause autoimmune reaction can attack our body, causing in my case autoimmune disease and a lot of pain.
