Simple lunch yet healthy. Cold snowy weather asked me to make hot soup🍜 
Mixed vegetable garlicky soup. 😘😘😘 🍲 Recipe:
🍁 1cup chopped and boiled vegetables (carrot, peas,  cauliflower )
🍁 1/4 cup chopped onion
🍁 1 teaspoon garlic chopped
🍁 1" ginger chopped
🍁 lime juice
🍁 1/4 cup boiled black beans
🍁 salt and pepper 🍁 cilantro
🍁 olive oil 🍱 Procedure: 🔸 At low flame heat oil and add garlic, ginger and onion.
🔸 Saute for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and water.
🔸 Add salt pepper as per taste.
🔸 Boiled it.
🔸 Blend it in mixer @vitamix😉
🔸 Add lime juice, beans and cilantro
🔸 Serve hot!

🍔Are you used to eating past the point of fullness or feel the need to clean your plate? Maybe you instinctually do it and don’t even realize you’re full until it’s too late?

🤭Usually overeating can become a habit and it’s very common. If you’ve ever struggled with it, you’re not alone! I’m sure you’ve experienced it, maybe at parties, weddings or events where food and drink gathers us together.
⠀
📒Occasional overeating isn’t a problem as long as you get back on track. But, it can be problematic when you experience reoccurring episodes.
⠀
📉It can affect fat loss progress and if you are experiencing these regularly, I recommend trying to find out why it’s happening and consider asking for help if you can’t solve it alone!
⠀
Fortunately, there are some strategies I’d recommend if you find yourself constantly overeating!
⠀
🌟Sit down at the table. Don’t munch until your seated and have taken a deep breathe.
🌟Eat without distraction. This will help you recognize fullness easier.
🌟Put your utensils down between bites. Basically this just slows ya down and prevents you from inhaling your food.
🌟Take 20 minutes to eat. You can more easily recognize when fullness approaches and appreciate the meal.
🌟Eat fibrous foods. High fiber foods fill you up and are harder to overeat.
🌟Chew. A lot! And try to eat until you’re only 80% full. Your brain won’t recognize you’re full until 15-20 minutes after the fact, so try not to eat until you’re 100% full!

🍲As always, breaking the habit may not be easy at first. It most likely won’t vanish overnight, but if you’re patient, work on it one meal at a time, and focus on getting better at understanding your body and hunger cues, you can (and will) make progress!

Quand je dis que la cuisine asiatique c’est ma vie !!! Ce midi encore c’était asiatique. 
Au final, c’est parce que je devais aller chez Tang Frère pour faire des emplettes pour ma mère et pendant ce temps mes collègues étaient chez Tang Gourmet et en les rejoignant après mes achats, j’ai craqué et j’ai pris à manger aussi. 
Donc j’ai pris du riz cantonais (au légumes), 2 brochettes de boulettes de poulet et 2 yakitoris de poulet. Je me suis régalée et j’étais bien calé jusqu’au repas du soir au moins avec ça. Mais surtout ça n’a coûte que 509kcal 🍛🍲🍜🍤🍚🍱

✅It’s less decisions I have to make throughout the day (save time and energy)
✅I know exactly what I need to buy at the grocery store (save time and money)
✅I know how to prepare them and how long it takes to prep them (save time and effort)

😅 I am totally, 100% kidding! However, on this post we’re going to talk about some foods that are the “worst” foods fat loss compared to other foods, that might be “better” for fat loss. Let’s dive in…

☝🏼 As you can see in the list above, I’ve included foods that I’ve dubbed the “worst” for fat loss. Let’s start off by defining what I mean by that.

🤷🏻‍♂️ When I say the “worst” foods for fat loss, I do NOT mean that these are foods that cause you to directly gain weight. They are simply foods that make it hard to lose weight because they are calorie-dense (meaning they have a lot of calories packed into a small amount of space). Plus, they’re often not very filling.
⠀⠀
🥊 The punchline? While these foods are not “fat-loss-friendly”, you can still fit them into your diet when portions are controlled. Just know that they are high-calorie, and often not the best choice for progress day-to-day.

😃 Ultimately, eat 80% healthy stuff, and fit in fun foods you enjoy with the other 20% (like the foods above). And always play the long game! Patience is a major key!

However, on this post we’re going to talk about some foods that are the “worst” foods fat loss compared to other foods, that might be “better” for fat loss. Let’s dive in… ⠀⠀ ☝🏼 As you can see in the list above, I’ve included foods that I’ve dubbed the “worst” for fat loss. Let’s start off by defining what I mean by that. ⠀⠀ 🤷🏻‍♂️ When I say the “worst” foods for fat loss, I do NOT mean that these are foods that cause you to directly gain weight. They are simply foods that make it hard to lose weight because they are calorie-dense (meaning they have a lot of calories packed into a small amount of space). Plus, they’re often not very filling. ⠀⠀ 🥊 The punchline? While these foods are not “fat-loss-friendly”, you can still fit them into your diet when portions are controlled. Ingredienti:
1 melanzana
100g riso basmati
20ml passata di pomodoro
120g di tonno al naturale
10g parmigiano
1 cucchiaino d'olio
Sale
Pepe

Procedimento:
Tagliate la melanzana e svuotatela, raccogliendo tutta la polpa per poi cuocerla in padella col tonno, la passata di pomodoro sale e pepe. Cuocete il riso e quando è pronto passatelo in padella col parmigiano e gli altri ingredienti per amalgamarlo. Dopodiché farcite la pancia della melanzana e aggiungete un filo d'olio. Cuocete in forno a 180* per 20/25min.

You don’t HAVE to eat only broccoli and chicken for the rest of your life. I like to make meal templates where you swap in and out different foods that have the same macronutrient and caloric counts. For example, you could do chicken, or turkey, fish, sirloin, yogurt, eggs, or even tofu and still have a similar effect. You don’t have to eat the same exact foods.

You could have rice, oats, potatoes, bread, fruit, or many others and it would have the same effect.

• Plan ahead - I knew we were going, so I had a small, low calorie breakfast AND trained. .

• I chose something from the skinnylicious menu to keep calories for the meal low to allow for cheesecake. .

• I used @myfitnesspal to look at the calories before I ordered! .

• I knew going in what cheesecake I was going to have and budgeted my calories around that! I also skipped the whipped cream.

• Hit 10k steps as-well as training #neatup247 .

• Planned my food for the rest of the day around lunch and try to keep to high protein, high carb and low fat meals. .

Today I went to the @cheesecakefactory and had {half of a} Reese’s Peanut Butter cheesecake 🤤☝🏼I would have had a full one and budgeted calories for it but I was S T U F F E D after my lunch 👀 . . I have also eaten breakfast, and dinner and I haven’t gone over my calories! This is why calories counting works and everyone should do it! . . Here how 👇🏼 . . • Plan ahead - I knew we were going, so I had a small, low calorie breakfast AND trained. . . • I chose something from the skinnylicious menu to keep calories for the meal low to allow for cheesecake. . . • I used @myfitnesspal to look at the calories before I ordered! . . • I knew going in what cheesecake I was going to have and budgeted my calories around that! I also skipped the whipped cream. . • Hit 10k steps as-well as training #neatup247  . . • Planned my food for the rest of the day around lunch and try to keep to high protein, high carb and low fat meals. . . NOTHING is off limits when calorie counting 🙌🏼 . . I suggest having 2-3 breakfasts and 4-5 dinners in your meal “library” that you really enjoy and align with your goals - it’ll help you stay on track. 📈

To be honest, I eat a lot of the same foods everyday. Why?? ⤵️
✅I enjoy them (👏🏼👏🏼)
✅It’s less decisions I have to make throughout the day (save time and energy)
✅I know exactly what I need to buy at the grocery store (save time and money)
✅I know how to prepare them and how long it takes to prep them (save time and effort)

"How to Drink Alcohol and Stay on Track

It really just comes down to planning ahead! First of all, prioritize protein throughout the day and save those carbs and fats to compensate for drinks!
- 
Get in an early workout in! Get a sweat going and burn some calories in the AM.
- 
Track the drinks your planning to have before you go out! This way you know how many drinks you can fit in and can still stay on track with your diet!
- 
Stick with the lower calorie options! I recommend going with a diet soda, and mixing it with either vodka, or rum. You definitely don’t want the mix drinks with all of the sugar. Try and not mix too many forms of alcohol. You will feel much better the next day if this is the case, and you don’t overdo it!
- 
Lastly, whatever happens, just get right back on track the next day! No need to compensate with a tremendous amount of cardio, or starving yourself.

Diese Kombi ist übrigens echt was feines, weil wir haben:
a.) Gesunde Fette (Walnussöl)
b.) #Eiweiß (Feta)
c.) Carbs (Cous Cous)
d.) Gutes Gemüse

Den Cous Cous kocht ihr in Wasser auf und lasst ihn im Anschluss quellen (1 Teil Cous Cous auf 2 Teile Wasser), bis das Wasser komplett aufgesogen wurde. Das #Gemüse und den Feta schnippeln und mit dem Cous Cous vermengen. Wenn alles abgekühlt ist und nicht (!) mehr erhitzt wird könnt ihr das Öl darüber geben. Grund hierfür ist die Transfettumstrukturierung (mehr dazu in einem kommenden Feed). Super schmeckt die Kombi auch mit Nüssen/ Pinienkernen. 😋

Die Zutaten ergeben 2 Portionen. Die Nährwerte auf der zweiten Seite beziehen sich alle auf eine Portion. 😊
