These little bottles are genuine game changers. My kids call them "magic milkshake" as they'll add a few drops to a glass of milk - significantly WAY less sugar than the normal milkshake counterparts.
Add them to anything..... Milk, yoghurt, pancake mix, porridge, whatever you want! They're highly concentrated, so you really do only need a few drops but they make so much difference, especially if you want something sweet but don't have the calorie allowance for it.
I currently have toffee - pictured - blueberry, maple, vanilla, chocolate, and raspberry. There are many more, I'm slowly adding them all 😂

Viel zu lange keinen Apfelkuchen mehr gemacht und ein Apfel der weg muss - hat sich also perfekt ergeben 👌🏼 daher gab es heute zum Frühstück diesen leckeren und super kalorienarmen Apfelkuchen. Um ihn noch ein bisschen fruchtiger zu machen hab ich noch ein paar Himbeeren in den Teig gemischt und als Topping gab es wie immer Erdnussmus 🥜 😍

Rezept 📝:
▪️1 kleiner Apfel
▪️1 Eiweiß
▪️40ml Wasser
▪️25g braunen Xucker (oder normalen Rohrzucker)
▪️50g Mehl
▪️45g Magertopfen/-quark
▪️1/2 TL Backpulver
▪️TK Himbeeren
Den Apfel schälen und in kleine Stücke schneiden. Eiweiß, Xucker und Wasser schaumig rühren. Danach Mehl, Backpulver und Magertopfen dazugeben. Zuletzt die Apfelstücke, Himbeeren und vieeeel Zimt unterheben. Teig in eine Backform (hier 15cm) füllen, mit Apfelscheiben belegen und bei 180 Grad ca. 25 Minuten backen

Die besten Sachen kommen ja raus, wenn man Lebensmittel verarbeitet, die unbedingt wegmüssen. Und sich dann denkt: „Egal, Hauptsache alles rein in die Schüssel!“ So passiert hier. Und das Rezept gibts gleich dazu:
- 30 g Sojaflocken
- 20 g Whey
- 25 g Vollkornmehl
- 1 Ei und 1 Eiklar
- 3 g Backpulver

Ganz einfach alles nur mixen, in Förmchen geben und bei 180 Grad Umluft für 20 Minuten backen.

Shrimp Broccoli Fried Rice 
Quick n easy dish that is ready in under 15 mins. I usually like to add some kimchi on the side to complete the meal. (Total calories under 350) 
Ingredient
90g shrimp 
150g broccoli 
100g cooked quinoa 
Seasoning A: 
1 tbsp of white wine 
Salt n pepper for tasting

Steps
1. Marinate shrimps for 10 mins with seasoning A 
2. Add broccoli to boiling water for 30s 
3. Heat up the frying pan n add  oil, quinoa, a bit of salt n fried it for 1 minute 
4. Add broccoli n shrimps

Hab mir ein Rührei mit Parmesankäse gemacht dazu gab es Mehrkorn- knäckebrot aus Finnland( Aldi mal gekauft) pro scheibe hat 7,3 gr Kh es geht .. Ist bei mir gewohnheit das ich alle packungen umdrehe und immer die werte checke . Früher hab ich es einfach gekauft und wusste nicht mal was mit den werten anzufangen😌Tja gestern ist gestern und heut ist heut. Bahan:
500 gr Ikan kembung 
Perasan jeruk nipis secukupnya

Bumbu marinasi:
1 Sdm bawang putih bubuk
1/2 Sdm kunyit bubuk
1 sdt ketumbar bubuk
Garam sesuai selera

Bahan cabe hijau:
Segenggam cabe rawit hijau ato sesuai selera
4 buah cabe hijau besar
2 buah bawang merah
2 buah bawang putih
2 buah bawang merah iris
Minyak secukupnya
Gula dan garam secukupnya

Cara:
1. Ikan yg sudah di bersihkan di kasi perasan jeruk nipis diamkan selama 5 menit lalu bersihkan lagi.
2. Lumuri ikan dengan bumbu marinasi sampai merata, kemudian diamkan selama 30 menit didalam kulkas
3. Panggang Ikan di atas teflon sampai matang.
4. Cabe hijau :
- rebus semua bahan kecuali bamer iris dan minyak sampai layu
- uleg kasar sambel
- tumis bawang merah sampai layu kemudian masukan ulekan sambel, beri garam dan gula, tes rasa.
5. Sajikan ikan kembung bakar dengan sambel hijau

Zum Frühstück habe ich mir heute einen Protein-Pflaumenkuchen mit der Backmischung von @cloud7seven.de mit FakeSahne gemacht 😋
Die ganze Portion (auf dem Foto ist nur die Hälfte zu sehen) hatte 401 kcal, 42g Eiweiß, 44g KH und 4g Fett 📊
Rezept: Zuerst habe ich die Backmischung von @cloud7seven.de nach Packungsanleitung zubereitet, in eine mikrowellenfeste Form gegeben, 200g Pflaumen von Fitini und etwas Zimt draufgegeben und für 3 Minuten auf höchster Stufe in der Mikrowelle gebacken. Währenddessen habe ich 35g Eiweiß von @pumperlgsund steif geschlagen, 100g Magerquark untergehoben und die FakeSahne mit Xucker light gesüßt👌

Then I bake the dough for 3 minutes on the highest level in the microwave. For the Fake Cream I beaten an egg white until stiff, added 100g low fat curd and sweetened it with some calorie free sweetener 😊

It’s a bit chilly out there so time to heat up your salad 🥗
HOW TO GRILL LETTUCE:
• Romaine or gem lettuce (here I used gem)
• Chop into quarters leaving stalk intact to keep leaves together.
• Lightly spray all over with oil (I used fry light)
• Brush with bit of red wine vinegar or balsamic.
• Season & sprinkle with favourite fresh or dried herbs.
• Pop into a hot grill pan or under grill turning regularly until nicely charred!
• Transfer to plate, sprinkle with a bit of Parmesan, salt & pepper, fresh parsley, and a squeeze of lemon.

Breaking my fast today with this amazing Java Chocolate Chip Frappe from Muzz Buzz (aka the gates of heaven) that you guys know I am obsessed with.  It came to a total of 419 calories with my adjustments (almond milk and no whipped cream), but I saved 200 calories from yesterday so I still have 981 calories left for the rest of the day. .

A lot of people have asked me about this idea of "saving and borrowing calories" that I talk about.  Basically, I try to work on a 7 day average.  For example: if I know I'm going out on Friday night for dinner with friends, for the six days leading up to it I would "save" 100 calories a day (eat 100 calories less than my goal), so that when Friday comes along I have 600 calories "in the bank", meaning I can eat 600 extra that day without compromising my goals.  It won't always need to be 100 a day for 6 days, sometimes it might just be 200 yesterday saved for today.. it just depends on my life and my plans. .

It works retroactively too.  If I've been invited out to dinner and gone over my calories for the day by 300, for example, I can spend the next few days "paying back" those 300 calories in whatever amounts work best for me. 100 a day for 3 days, 50 a day for 6... whatever works. 😁  I try to just be flexible. .

Obviously doing this I am very conscious of getting adequate nutrition on the days I am "saving/repaying", I try to eat nutritious foods, proper amounts of protein, and just in general ensure that my body is getting everything it needs.  Sometimes that doesn't happen (like yesterday I ended up eating very late so literally ran out of time to eat), but in general that's the goal.  I hope this clears some things up for you guys and is helpful! .

So recently I've decided to get back into it and do the healthy lifestyle thing, which is good and probably best seeing as I'm getting married next year, but I'm not at all one for sugar free drinks as they always tend to have an awful after taste and I don't have the patience to get use to it. So I walked into my local supermarket wanting to get a sports drink. Without really looking, being in a rush, I grab a blue bottle and pay. While driving I pop the cap and have a sip and BAM! I instantly taste this is not what I expected, it's way better and so much tastier. Upon inspection I realize I grabbed an Endurade blueberry blitz flavour and sugar free low calorie nogal. The best of all is, it's got no funny after taste that normally accompanies sugar free drinks. Let me tell you I love this and from that first taste it became my choice of sports drink. Attempted my first Tofu scramble and my god I will never eat eggs again. I can't tell you how good this turned out. Paired with stuffed roast mushrooms (w diced red onion, parsley, grated zucchini, bread crumbs) grilled capsicum, zuch and leaves. Literally made from shit I needed to use in my fridge and so fucking delicious I may wank over my own dinner tbh.

Meat makes me feel so shit honestly. Yes animal agriculture is horrendous in terms of cruelty and ruining the planet, but those saturated fats taste so good at the time, I know. It makes me feel PUTRID though.
