Cinnamon apple spice tea, butter, and iced cinnamon roll skinny syrup may be the best thing I have ever had. I’ve heard of people using lettuce for tortillas but I also love the actual tortilla so I wasn’t sure I’d like it. I tried it yesterday and OHHHH MY GOD it was amazing! It tasted just as good and I got to eat way more meat and sour cream because I wasn’t using bread!

So, we tried something new tonight.  Tofu noodles!  And while the smell is awful 🤢, the taste and texture isnt bad at all.  And they're only 10 calories per serving making them a nice substitute to lower the calories on my family's favorite spaghetti night 😊

I was having a craving, and went for this simple Lemon Bar recipe using my favorite “crust” that is Gluten free. I’ve been using it for all my desserts lately, and even if I’m not #glutenintolerant, I would still use it because of how easy, yummy, and healthy it is.
I doubled the recipe for these bars—but the original is below:
1/3 C coconut flour
2TBS meted coconut oil
1TBs maple syrup
1/4 C + 1TBS water
THAT’S IT!!!
I’ve also used this crust on raspberry bars, pie, etc.

I've been using MyFitnessPal over the past couple of days to track my macros, and saw that I wasn't hitting my recommended protein goals. So I made the most protein-heavy meal I could possibly think of 😂

We have: quinoa (free, 8.1g protein), with a beetroot stew which included @vivavivera chicken pieces (free, 18.5g), chickpeas (free, 5g) and lentils (free, 5g). The rest of the stew is speedy and free, plus some steamed spinach on the side (speed). I've had 86g of protein today! Got lots left over for lunch tomorrow so hoping it will fill me up and stop the snacks 😁

Tonight's dinner...433 cals and 35g of protein! 😍👌💪 Ready in a matter of minutes. 
Tesco burger (from the grilling range) on a slimbo, 250g of homemade with lots of brocolli and no added sugar ketchup.

To make the chips:
■Cut potatoes into wedges, rinse in cold water and put in the microwave for 10 mins to soften. ■Spread out on a dish/tinfoil and spray with 1 cal spray. Mix around to coat fully.
■Cook in the oven for around 15 mins until they brown. 
For the burger: ■I simply used 1 cal spray and cooked the burger on the pan.

After afternoon tea on Friday, out all day Saturday, hungover on Sun and Edinburgh on Monday and Tues (high steps and food was healthy but lots of beverages), you might think that today I would avoid carbs, restrict my food etc. but I simply got back to the gym, got back to the food I LOVE and back into a routine/lifestyle that works longterm.

Harina de almendra (1 taza) 
Cacao oscuro 100% (al gusto) 
Leche almendra o coco (media taza) 
Huevo (4 claras uno amarilla) 
Canela linaza almendras fileteadas (al gusto) 
Polvo de hornear o bicarbonato (media cucharadita) 
Stevia (al gusto) 
Opcional: chispas de chocolate oscuro

Preparación:
Coloca todos los ingredientes secos tamizados en un colador y ve agregando los huevos la leche bate a mano no necesitas batidor eléctrico y por último unta las almendras fileteadas y el chocolate en chispa coloca en tu envase previo con aceite en spray la mezcla y hornea hasta que veas que se levante tu cake a temperatura de 350 por aproximado 25 a 30 min deja enfriar y disfruta de tu delicioso antojo.

Food process or chop fine mix and stuff wontons boil in broth i used chicken broth green onion and green peppers. Around 50cal each wonton so 200 cal for that bowl. These are foods that I ate on last Friday and Monday. It was boiled and grilled fish and I found out that it both didn't work. Grilled fish was still a little too salty though I put just a tiny drop of soy sauce. Tomorrow I will try to grill fish without seasoning anything and see if it's still salty. It was salty because sodium came from grilling, perhaps? Ugh I should have paid attention in science class when I was in high school
Boiled dory fish was worse. Remember never boil dory fish because it fishy smell would never be gone. I still felt like eating raw fish but it wasn't like Sashimi. It was way worse. But that fish died to be my food so I had to force myself eating all of it. Sorry but ...yuck!
🏥🤢I have had a big problem with my stomach for so long and it had been mattered me so hard recently by flowing more acid my stomach punctually at 6 o'clock in the evening. It did annoyed me until yesterday that I finally went to a clinic to get an official check. The result showed that I have a gastritis. Luckily it is not too serious and not too late to heal. I had to take pills and avoid eating caffeine drinks, sour, spicy and oily foods and I had broken all what the doctor told me already😅 I forgot taking pills and foods here are mostly sour and spicy. Anyway Imma try more and more along with getting in shape too!
