The energy of love is the most powerful tool you have to set you and others free.
It comes from the heart and requires the energy of forgiveness and compassion to gain the momentum needed to love who you are, even if you wish you could be a like more (or less) this or that.
It is in fully accepting yourself that you can be generous and loving towards others.
Communication is easier as anger and frustration are not in the way of you finding the right words to express yourself.
Christmas is sometimes a challenging time. It can bring up the feeling of loneliness, inadequacy or jealousy. Whatever your response is, make sure you love yourself more!
Is meditation difficult for you?
We didn't like it either.
They want you to sit still?
Like. No movement?
We don't like that.
We are Children of the Universe, particles in constant motion.
We are not meant to sit still.
We are meant to constantly exist in forward motion.
We tried it.
Sitting still was impossible.
An inner itch would start to vibrate through.
Then a whisper.
Magnifying so fast.
Would creep in as soon as you tried to be still.
A voice. A few.
They judge you.
They tell you what to do.
They make you remember.
They force you to forget.
They just fucking chatter.
We tried to fit in.
We did the stuff you're supposed to.
And when the wall of illusion came crushing down,
we were as surprised as ever.
But we did it all right! ...Right?
We followed the steps.
We did all the stuff!
The changes; they felt so right.

I have made so much progress since decreasing the amount of stress in my life and it is absolutely amazing how much better I feel. I have so much more positivity and happiness in my life! I wouldn’t change the way I feel now for anything ——————————————————————-
I am sleeping better and have consistently been exercising 4 to 5 days a week for the last 4 weeks. My nutrition is better and I’m making both #nsv and #sv . I have finally found a balance between work and my life outside of work. It hasn’t been easy and far from perfect, but this is my journey and I’m loving every minute of it. ——————————————————————
Today I kicked butt in my workout program and finished week 4. I am so grateful to the accountability group I’m apart of. There is so much inspiration and motivation in this group. If you want to know more drop your favorite emoji or DM me.
The past 2 yrs were extremely difficult not only on me, for my family. I've seen, felt and struggled internally to the point my entire self was stripped away. I wasn't living only exsisting and for my family those who came around came for one reason only, it made me realize who cared and loved us to those who didn't. My real family aren't blood related, and I prefer it this way. The difficulty now in my life is learning what real happiness is and who I can truly trust. I may carry around the internal baggage from the abuse it is of those who love and deeply care, and appreciate me for me. The biggest surprise of my life someone whom I can truly call my best friend and he knows it. He's been a huge blessing to my soul. He's inspired me in several ways to igniting a spark inside. My writing is the best I've ever written because of him. We support each other, encourage and motivate one another on so many levels.
God has truly turned my life around.

31 DAY JOURNEY TO PEACE- DECEMBER 13th
The one constant in this process has been your 10 breaths in the morning and in the evening. You now know how to breathe the way your body is intended to breathe and with it your body relaxes and releases stress.
In the morning, before you begin your 10 breaths today, think of 3 reasons to be grateful. Then begin your breaths. Feel the difference gratitude makes in you as you finish your breaths.
Give yourself at least 90 minutes today to do something which your heart really wants. It's your choice. Be kind to yourself without any sense of guilt. It's important that you love yourself and honor who you are. Try to go through your day with ease in that love. Enjoy your day... Tonight, before you begin your breaths, think over your day and 3 reasons on this day for which you're grateful. Let your sleep be filled with gratitude and love for all you are and all you are blessed with. Sweet dreams…

Today it was all about taking something out of our schedules. In the lead up to Christmas, we find ourselves agreeing to everything, extra work, meet ups, gatherings, coffee dates, the list is endless. Whilst it's lovely to do all of those things, it's important to remember that you can say no. 🍃
I am the worst for saying Yes to everything and then feeling anxious because I can't fit it all in or I've committed to too much and I'm exhausted. 🍃
So today I said no to extra work, I've been doing a few bits here and there and whilst it's amazing to have that, I'm having to work out when enough is enough and when to stop.
Before todays challenge, I was just putting off saying either way but today, I simply said no thank you, but thank you for asking and whilst there's an element of guilt with that, I know that I'll thank myself in the upcoming weeks ❤️
Remember you don't have to be everything to everyone, and everywhere at everytime🍃

When we understand that we are created in the image of our Creator God and He designed us with infinite worth, a healthy love of self develops naturally through our connection to Him. We don’t have to strive. We don’t have to prove. We don’t have to compare and compete. We can love self as is because we know our Creator loves us the same way. It is an authentic and confident, yet humble love of self. .
Self love is the latest fad. But is it good for our health? This week on godsrealgirls.com, I share the difference between loving self and being in love with self. .

Hope you had a great Saturday. I certainly had. I did something I dreamt about doing all week – I did NOTHING. Doing nothing is an art and a skill, which I had to learn. This learning didn’t come easy.
Doing nothing was scary - I love to serve others and achieve results doing so. Doing nothing felt wrong and redundant. Doing nothing seemed like such a waste of time.
Until I discovered that doing nothing was my most productive time. My best ideas came to me when I was doing nothing. My most creative projects were born when I was doing nothing. My strength was recovered fastest when I was doing nothing.
Doing nothing is a bliss that I am now allowing myself to enter on a regular basis. Today was one of such blissful days.

Today write down 3 - 5 things for which you are grateful. Then read aloud for each one, “........(name) I am proud that you achieved.......” or “.........I am proud that you kept your cool in the face of offense” etc.
