#foodforthought I went through the month of October almost in a daze, focused on getting all the work out of the way on top of what seemed to be like a million other responsibilities. Though many good things were happening in October as well, my negative moody ass always seemed to have the upperhand, which affected those around me as well.
As much as I "talk" on Instagram, in real life I am verbally not strong in expressing my feelings or thoughts and tend to get stuck in my own mood or negative thoughts. This is when I realized, that writing messages to myself helped me to clear my mind, express myself and to stay focused and positive. (Hence, the long speeches on instagram and the notes app on my Iphone overflowing). So here I am, talking to myself again. Totally not crazy, I promise (although some might argue that) 🤓
October made me stray, whooped my ass, but at the very end gave me a reality check and strengthened my perspectives and focus again. Putting October behind me and focusing on the positive ahead. ❤️
