"You will bend over backward to keep your word to everyone else, so why do you keep breaking the promises you make to yourself? You know better, now DO better."
138 days left of 2018, yet how many promises have you not fulfilled this year that you swore to yourself would happen? Take ownership of your own workflow. Live on purpose. Make it happen.
Please stop overthing life you have to have a answer to every feeling or situation. That's not how life work. We figure, it all out by just living, fucking up, by missing an opportunity, be seeking advice and not taking it. We learn what's important and what isn't. Sometimes we have no idea what to do ans it is scary but it is okey. Always trust your gut and know that everything will work out exactly the way it is supposed to be.
It always does. Relax, we are never in control anyway.

when i was getting my life coaching certification one of the first things the teacher told us was that if everyone just acted more like their dogs then nobody would ever need a life coach 😂
in order words: stay curious, love unconditionally, don't get caught up in appearance or status, play outside, enjoy the little things, and sleep a lot 😊
So I haven’t really posted too many pictures of myself here. I don’t really like to because I’m just not where I want to be in my physical health. I keep making excuses as to why I haven’t taken my weight loss seriously. Its university or it’s stress or it’s a breakup or it’s another family party. All my excuses got me to this unhealthy body I have today. I’m all for different body types and everyone has a different story.
But today I’m ready to CHANGE my life story.
I don’t know why today. But today I’m ready to do something epic. So I’m tying up my sneakers and I’m starting. It’s little steps that are going to get me to my goals. Today I’m the heaviest I’ve ever been and that’s just not okay for me. I created this Instagram in January to work on my health goals and started on the #eliminationdiet , which was an amazing way to start cooking clean. I found out my headaches and digestion issues were thanks to dairy. So...so long to dairy! So along with my delicious healthy recipes I am going to work my butt off to be accountable and work hard to be my healthiest self. I hope I motivate you to be your best self. I’m just so tired of being tired and feel this way. So l’m making a change today...first goal to to do some sort of physical activity 5/7 days 💪
Smile. "You're worth it."
Two days ago, I went to Home Depot to make copies of a key. As I approached the store threshold, a young woman in BDU's walked out of the store, focused on her phone. I was taught that if you ever see someone in uniform, you shake their hand & thank them for their service, so I approached the woman. My hand extended as I approached her and said 'Thank you.' A typical response is 'You're welcome' and/or 'Thank you for your support.' After a moment, she looked up at me with striking green eyes, smiled, shook my hand, & excitedly replied.
'You're worth it.'
I had never heard this answer before. We smiled, laughed, & parted ways.
The interaction lasted only a few moments.
Her response stayed with me.
What an act of love.
And so today, I tell you: YOU are worth it. You are amazing, never settle for anything less than you deserve. Love yourself enough to give yourself the life you want.
You're worth it.
“Passion is a positive obsession. Obsession is a negation passion.”
Struggles will be part of your journey. No one enters a lifestyle change, gaining continuous achievements, linear progress, “getting better each day”. We all face struggles. We learn from them. Sharing them with all of you? It’s hard, but worth it for the messages of hope it yields, the journeys that it can help to fix, even lives saved. Some messages I’ve got sent are just so touching ❤️😩🙏. I am extremely passionate about the idea of passion vs obsession after my personal life experiences & journey. What differentiates a healthy and unhealthy obsession? You don’t see it happening, when the line is crossed. All of a sudden it happens. You crossed it. How? You told yourself it would never be you. And now, it is? This could be weight gain, weight loss, body hatred, food restriction(s), depression, anxiety, finances, relationship issues, family issues, career, anything. It can be a really dark place to come out of, BUT IT CAN BE DONE. It takes TALKING, and facing your “fears”, finding support, and genuine encouragement. 💗
The more I see chronic dieting/emotional eating/ over exercising/ food restricting/ unhappy & unhealthy people, the more I can’t help but fear about how the severe lifestyle needed to get this way...as well as our unrealistic society standards & toxic diet culture messages bombarded at us 24/7, impacts the body & mind😕. Health and fitness should be about your whole being--HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE. I’m so happy I see that now and live it through daily 🙌🏻. Don’t be ashamed of your past. Use it to build who you are. To build others. 🙋♀️ If you are stuck in a dark place, a rut of any kind, don’t ignore the signs and know that you can fight whatever struggle it is you are facing. .
As each day passes, and I grow further away from that dark place, I feel such a need to fix all that’s wrong with social media, diet culture, health, and fitness; all that’s wrong with nutrition (antibiotics, pesticides, carcinogens); .

Signs are everywhere 💕 Thank you, God and Goddess. I am learning and I am growing into my freedom 💕🙏 "The most important kind of freedom is to be what you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You trade in your sense for an act. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange, put on a mask. There can't be any large-scale revolution until there's a personal revolution, on an individual level. It's got to happen inside first. ~Jim Morrison
