For women: Do you ever feel like this? When your loved one has hurt your feelings and the pain numbs your chest, moves up to silence your voice, but wakes up the Rage Monster that remembers all the things that person has ever done you wrong for? And the Rage Monster stretches its body as it fills your mind with disappointment and anger. It then yawns loudly as it fills your mind with thoughts of anger. And finally it stands up and fills your heart and body with a pain that weighs down on your body like a heavy rock. It wants to SCREAM out at your loved one, throwing chairs made of words at his or her head. Yet this whole time you want nothing else but your loved one to just say 'sorry I hurt your feelings [insert cute adjective (mine is Ellie Bellie)]' so your Rage Monster goes back to sleep and you, after a while, can lie on his/her chest again and feel the love that connects you with him/her?
If yes, you are not alone. Many, if not all women experience this kind of emotional pain. Our feelings are like an extra organ that functions right between our lungs and heart. We are so connected to the eternal that our feelings are what guide us to and through life.
When your Rage Monster awakens, it's okay, you're okay. Just breathe :) know your Rage Monster is waking up, and breathe it back to sleep. Soon, it'll be over.
For men: This is real. This happens to her. It may have been you, it may have not been you. But regardless of whose fault it was, she needs YOU the most. Say the words 'I'm sorry I hurt your feelings.' And she will feel better. You'll put the Rage Monster back to sleep. Give her some time and space, and when she's ready and won't act out against you, she'll come to you for affection and love. Give it to her, she will feel safe and understood. Bring out the best in her, and she will definitely do the same for and with you. And remember: the Rage Monster wants to hurt you, she does not. She loves you, and just wants to be loved in return.

When a woman let’s you know what’s bothering her it’s not up for debate or conversation, or your point of view. It’s a call to action and for consideration, not a call to diminish my concerns for your own comfort .
We already know what we don’t like; we have had experiences before you. And most likely if she didn’t like it a month or so ago, she still won’t like it.
If you value the friendship you will not see this as controlling, remember your perception is a reflection of you, but you will see this as an opportunity to show that you care by respecting her boundaries and the things that make her comfortable in her home; the same way you would want respect of your boundaries in your home.
Stop talking and using your financial commitments as an ultimatum to have your way and listen. It’s ok to be humble and respect a woman who is your senior and who speaks up.
I try to keep Baltimore and Brooklyn tied up but lord the beast unleashed. Getting on my knees to pray. Im tired of these type of arguments. I want to do better. It’s just getting old that I have to repeatedly have these conversations with grown men who: I’m not their momma, not related to, not long time friends, not their baby momma, and not in a relationship. Like I really love people and I try to do my best to show respect and consideration so that I get it in return.
I know my limitations and I am honest with everyone in close proximity with me about them. However, we all deserve respect and consideration and have the right to feel comfortable because our boundaries are respected and appreciated and I will never settle for anything less.

In Australia, it’s that time of year. *Summer* is sending it’s signal as spring says it’s goodbye. The two tangle, fighting for their place, their season. We adapt to each day in our own tangle and transition, preparing to end another year. Our skin comes up for a breath of fresh air, we inhale warm days, we reflect, we plan. Are you feeling beautiful? I hope you can say yes. If it’s a struggle, I get that too. But for today, lift your head, gaze toward the sky and galaxies beyond into the depth and mystery that is up. Our perspective of all that is around then improves, always for the better. ❤️
When I said, Could I Please take a picture of you 2 Beauties! They replied, Yes of course & then said you need to be in the next one, so we can be 3 Beauties! Beautiful Caymanian Women Inside & Out!
