Something I love. Road trips. Scenery. Mountains. Rocking out to some good old 80s rock or classic country tunes. Windows down. Dr pepper perfectly carbonated and iced. Relaxed. Contemplating everything and anything. I think I would make a good gypsy. I am itching for spring and summer to come! Weekend getaways with the family to explore our home state of Utah. Surprisingly there is a lot here that I havent seen or done. I am one for adventure and new experiences. .
What's your favorite road trip activity or snack??
My happy place is wherever these two boys are. They drive me nuts, try my patience, and tick me off. But they are my favorite people to do those things. They make me laugh, smile, feel fulfilled, love me, are patient with me and support me. Being a mom and wife brings me more happiness than I ever imagined. All day I've been thinking about what to post for @lovewildtribe day 3 of what makes me happy. And although cliche these dudes are my happy place. I can live without the rest. ❤❤
That awkward moment when you have the @lovewildtribe photo challenge of a self portrait today 📸 so you scroll through your photo gallery looking for a picture where your swollen face and double chin are hidden, plus have on a cute outfit 😂 and realize you've already posted all the ones you like!! Buuuut don't want to take one at the end of a work day where you are exhausted and not feeling cute. SOLUTION= Snapchat filters 😂😂 I'm cool with it. .
FUN FACTS TIME!!
🐄 are life and my day dreaming exists of the days I have a hobby farm and homestead preferably on the eats coast.
🌵 I can't even keep a cactus alive. No joke. I had to text @folkandco about caring for an aloe Vera plant a couple years ago. And I killed it. How does that even happen?!
🍌🍓🍇 this prenancy I don't crave sweets and candy like I did my first. Just give me ALL the fresh fruit!
🚺 I hate using public bathrooms and will basically hold it until I cry pee, unless I have no choice 🗺 I regularly will plan trips to around the world. So by the time I can go the trip will be already planned and on Pinterest!
Don't forget to join us on our photo challenge!! Participate 6 of 7 days and be entered to win a prize package!! Check out the post @lovewildtribe and tag someo me in the comments!
"The mountains are my bones, the rivers my veins. The forests are my thoughts, and the stars are my dreams. The ocean is my heart, its pounding is my pulse. The songs of the earth write the music to my soul." -Unknown .
I grew up surrounded by mountains. In a valley engulfed by their majestic beauty. And they forever have my heart! BUT when I moved to North Carolina when the hubby was stationed there the ocean embedded itself into my soul. I just want to live in a place where I have mountains in my front yard and the ocean in my backyard. Is that too much to ask??
What's your favorite landscape to escape to?
Take me back to the magic of Disneyland!!! Along with the magic in my oils bottles I survived 17 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old! Make sure to follow my story this week as I will be doing posts and a live class on what oils I used on our trip! Along with oils for pregnancy! Comment or DM me any questions!
Hello!!! It's me.. Addy from @thesaltyoiler and it's my #tuesdaytakeover .
This here is my guy. My best friend and my hero. Also, the most reluctant person when it came to oils! The day I came home to him diffusing oils and asking for a roller blend I thought my heart was going to burst! We have had so many positive experiences with oils in our home and with him! We were able to ween him off medications from the VA using oils and the lifelong vitality pack and continue to be able to help his PTSD with oils. .
Versatility of the oils is one of my favorite things so that's what I'm going to focus on. Kind of a his and her oil day. .
We just survived and thrived at Disneyland this last weekend. We (my guy, me and baby) used the same oils but for different things, ya can't go wrong with magic in an oil bottle with the magic of disney!!
Leave a comment here if you have a significant other who is reluctant to try oils and why they are reluctant! Let's see if we can give some ideas to help you give them an oil experience! ❤

Pizza is life! Ya with me?? Ugh I have been loving me some greasy cheesy carb loaded pizza lately!! But It definitely doesn't like me 😣 heartburn and indigestion are 2 things that are KILLING me this pregnancy!! All the yummy food makes me feel so yucky! I posted before about peppermint being my go to for anything digestion or belly related. BUT turns out now I'm not as grossed out by the smell of digestzen (pregnancy nose is weird) and I have been using it like crazy! So much so that my 2 year old has been telling me he has a belly ache and needs his "medicine" on his belly! I am definitely that girl who will be eating ALL the snacks at Disneyland this weekend and slathering on digestzen so I don't feel yucky the whole time!
Jasmine is derived from Persian word "yasmin" which means "Moonshine in the garden". If that doesn't scream romance I don't know what does!
Jasmine flowers are cultivated first thing in the morning, picked by hand! The essential oil is brought out of the flower by the moonlight and when picked it is iimportant the harvesters collect the oil from the outside of the flower. This makes this oil so different from others! It's a delicate process that produces an amazing experience when you use this oil!
Jasmine is used in several cultures during weddings, including scattering the Jasmine flower across the bed the night of a marriage.
Jasmine helps to calm frayed nerves, inhibit negative emotions, and open you up to positivity and enjoy experiences.
In 2010 a study found that when Jasmine was applied topically it increased the participants blood oxygen levels and breathing rates which increased their arousal!
Add some Jasmine oil to a carrier oil, warm it up and use in a massage to get the mood set. You can also apply Jasmine to your pulse points (wrists and neck) to add a sultry accent smell as well as stimulation for yourself and your partner!
Also Jasmine works SO well with Enroll! Which is talked about by @themountainhoney.
Head on over to @foxhollow_essentials to see how you can utilize cinnamon oil in your sexy time!
"Mom I want my vitamin" ❤ every morning Ryatt asks for his vitamin! At 2 stinking years old! It makes this mama heart so happy!! These little vitamins pack a serious punch of nutrientsfor our littles!
Watermelon flavored 🍉 goodness with no high fructose syrup, artificial flavors sweeteners or colors.
These vitamins help neutralize free radicals in the cells, protect cellular DNA, & support production and recycling of antioxidants.
It's no surprise that we are not getting the nutrients that our bodies need and crave from our diets. These chewable tablets give our kiddos a balanced and high quality supplement for what they are missing from their food.
Contains vitamin A,C,E as well as botanical extracts. Literally too many for me to list on here!! .
I live knowing that with these + the IQ Mega Omega-3 (post to come) my kiddo gets everything that he needs! Even if all he will eat is string cheese and chicken nuggets! 😂
Messy hair 99.9% of the time and 100% of the time don't care. .
As soon as I walk in the house after work it's sweats on and hair up time! My poor hubby basically only sees me when I look like a mess 😂😂
What's something you like to do to unwind?
Building my own business was never been on my radar. I always wanted to gain a career in the conventional workplace way. I went to college, got a degree and started working. .
Although working in Child Welfare is amazing and rewarding, I craved for freedom. More time with my family. More time for myself. To be in charge of my own schedule and still provide an income!
I'm looking to add 2 people to my team who are looking for freedom. Financial freedom. Freedom of your own time. Freedom from the work place. .
Prior to coming back to work I was a stay at home mom. And I loved it! Finances got strained and I had to make the choice to go back into the workplace. I wish I would have started my journey earlier which would have allowed me to be my own boss babe while not missing moments in my child's life. .
The #lovewildtribe is honestly the best community to join! There is so much support, love, kindness and education. We learn, support and grow from one another. This community is helping me become the woman, wife and mother that I want to be. I could not have asked for better people to be on this journey with!!
DM me if you are wanting to dictate your own schedule, finances and time! While helping others live healthy lives and supporting them through their oils journey!
We all know pregnancy brings along it's fair share of nausea and other yucky belly irritations. From about the time I was 30 seconds pregnant I have utilized peppermint ALL.THE.TIME!!
The moment I wake up peppermint goes on the back of my neck and tip of my nose to help with the morning sickness! I also make a tea when it's a really rough morning. **1 drop of peppermint is SO potent that I can make a pitcher of peppermint water and then head it up as needed*
Through out the day house peppermint for an energizing pick me up along with citrus bliss or wild Orange. .
After meals my belly isn't happy with me as far an indigestion and heart burn go! Again I turn to my peppermint for relief!!
Digestzen is also a great blend to utilize for preggo belly problems. My nose this time around is SO out of whack that I have to be super desperate to be able to handle the smell of digestzen. But I definitely get that desperate! .
The peppermint beadlets are a quick and easy way to aid in belly problems too!!! .
My pregnancies are not so pretty... anyone else relate?!
We finally got our snowstorm in the valley!! So. Much. Snow!! Overnight! ❄ So of course we had to get out and play in it!!! The puppy and the toddler ❤ the snow so much! They also both shoved their faces in the snow and then weren't so happy about it either. The fresh air feels amazing!! We are most likely locking ourselves in the house the rest of the weekend and staying in our pajamas!
Global warming issues aside... I'm ❤ing the spring type weather here in Utah lately. Yes basically the state will be on 🔥🔥through the summer, yes we are in a drought and probably will be told to shower 1x a week (exaggerating kinda)... BUT for now this cooped up family is loving park days, walks around the pond, fresh air- if you don't mind the inversion of pollution- and good old 🌞. .
When I'm pregnant I start to feel SO claustrophobic! Even clothing makes me feel like I'm suffocating! So getting outside even if it's still in the city helps me to relax and breathe. When I go on walks I make sure to use Balance and Citrus bliss or wild Orange. I feel refreshed and refocused after my walks!
Where my preggos at?? What sorts of things are you experiencing that you didn't expect??
Do you ever end a day and just want your brain to shut down and just dont have to think, worry, focus, feel? Just have a break from the feels alltogether just for a night?
Working in Child Welfare and seeing abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, destroyed families and childhoods, and families in crisis I definitely have my fair share of days where I just don't want to think about it. I have been using my Forgive roller bottle like CRAZY lately! Self care is such an important part of life in general and even more so if you have a high stress job and exposure to trauma. I will be the first to admit that self care is the last thing on my mind after work! It's bedtime routine and mommy duties and then I just wanna hang out and then my brain off with some Netflix. .
What's your favorite way to take care of yourself??
The last week I have been on my death bed 😵 and back. Was dead set that my death certificate would say that I suffocated on my own boogies! I of course wanted something that worked and gave me relief immediately! And being pregnant I am limited to what cold medicine I can use anyways.
------------------------------------------------------------ I religiously applied oregano onto my upper back ( the smell of oregano on my chest made me gag all day) anyways... along with on guard on my chest, breathe stick 24/7 on my chest and tip of my nose. And at night I must admit to using robitussin so I could breathe better. In my diffuser I ran a blend of breathe, on guard and lavender.
---------------------------------------------------------- Although I still spent almost 3 days basically writing an emergency will, and nothing gave immediate relief my oils gave some relief and definitely helped me get over the bug faster than other people who had it! While I was sick I applied oregano and on guard to my son's feet and spine to avoid him getting sick! And so far so good!
So I tried the onion in the sock over night cold buster remedy last night. Here's how it went..
● For the first hour I smelled nothing but onion
● The second hour I felt a little congestion relief and thought it was gonna go well!
● I was still up ALL night coughing and putting oregano and on guard on my chest
● In the morning my feel didn't smell like onion like I thought they would
● no relief :(
● BUT I used a yellow onion and everything I read says a red or white onion.
Has anyone had success with this remedy? What's your favorite cold buster??
Apparently the secret ingredient for fluffy cinnamon rolls is instant potatoes! Who knew? Have you ever used them in your cinnamon rolls? I woke up today really not feeling well bit wanting cinnamon rolls like crazy. So 3.5 hours later (for rising time, and I even cut that short 😂) I have delicious treats! Soooo yummy! What's your favorite homemade sweet treat??
❄❄"We have all heard that no two snowflakes are alike. Each snowflake takes the perfect form for the maximum efficiency and effectiveness for its journey. And while the universal force of gravity gives them a shared destination, the expansive space in the air gives each snowflake the opportunity to take their own path. They are on the same journey, but each takes a different path.
Along this gravity-driven journey, some snowflakes collide and damage each other, some collide and join together, some are influenced by wind... there are so many transitions and changes that take place along the journey of the snowflake. But, no matter what the transition, the snowflake always finds itself perfectly shaped for its journey.
I find parallels in nature to be a beautiful reflection of grand orchestration. One of these parallels is of snowflakes and us. We, too, are all headed in the same direction. We are being driven by a universal force to the same destination. We are all individuals taking different journeys and along our journey, we sometimes bump into each other, we cross paths, we become altered... we take different physical forms. But at all times we too are 100% perfectly imperfect. At every given moment we are absolutely perfect for what is required for our journey. I’m not perfect for your journey and you’re not perfect for my journey, but I’m perfect for my journey and you’re perfect for your journey. We’re heading to the same place, we’re taking different routes, but we’re both exactly perfect the way we are.
Think of what understanding this great orchestration could mean for relationships. Imagine interacting with others knowing that they too each share this parallel with the snowflake. Like you, they are headed to the same place and no matter what they may appear like to you, they have taken the perfect form for their journey. How strong our relationships would be if we could see and respect that we are all perfectly imperfect for our journey."❤❤ Steve Maraboli, Life, the Truth, and Being Free
I am so excited to start sharing with you all about essential oils + pregnancy!!! They are a life saver and can help with SO many different ailments that come with being preggo!! .
What would you like to know about oils and prenancy??
Cleaning up never smelled so yummy!! And festive! I am all 😍😍 for the on guard cleaner!! Not only does it smell good, it really works 👐!!! Sticky, stinky, slimy, and grimy are no longer a pain to clean! For tough stuff and bathroom you just use more of the concentrate instead ofndiluting as much. Stuck on grime you just let itbsit for a few minutes and wipe it off!! I added some Holiday Joy to my cleaner today and love how it is making my house smell!! I'm kicking all the germs out in hopes we don't get sick for Christmas!! 🎄
Okay let's talk personal diffusing!! I have become obsessed!! ❤ It's so simple to add oils in the morning to help for all day! You can also apply more/different oils as needed through out the day! I have a couple diffuser cuffs thanks to @folkandco and a diffuser necklace from @nurturing.simplicity. Most days I start out by diffusing balance and citrus bliss on my cuff and passion on my necklace!
How do you diffuse??
Anyone else obsessed with old flags?! I've always loves them, but recently have found a new love for old ones!! This one is @folkandco BUT 2e were on the hunt for one in Kansas city while I was visiting!! And I found an amazing one!! We are going to frame it for our house. .
I wish I knew all their stories!!

Happy December!! Although I know it's warmer than it should be in December I want to remember that one time in November we had snow for about 1.5 days. I'm not someone who wants snow for months on end but.... We should have some in December! I'm excited for the storm that's supposed to come next week! (I say prior to having to drive in it!) .
December in the oil circle we are spotlighting Douglas Fir! Make sure to add it to your LRP. If you don't have a wholesale account DM me! .
Douglas fir promotes positive emotions, focus, easy breathing and feelings of clear airways! Plus it smells like a Christmas tree! Don't be buying the chemical filled potpourri yo make your house smell like Christmas!
| day thirty • myself |
I’m really great at hiding behind the camera, seriously.. I take all the photos around these parts. So this month was extra weird for me during this photo challenge to find myself taking so many pictures with me in the actual photo. I had to play catch up a bit since I never realized how hard it can be to remember to take a different prompted photo everyday, but I did it! Cheers y’all and a happy December to you all.. and good night 😘🍷
| day twenty nine • oil stash |
I love essential oils more than I ever knew I could. And I love even more to share their power with others. My oil stash is fairly low right now since Ive been gifting a bunch to friends to help their little ones fight the cold season. #lovewildnovember#lovewildtribe
| day 23 • baking |
Atop my fall list of baking usuals I must say baking a squash for an afternoon snack is among my favorites. Slathered in butter and drizzled with maple syrup 🤤 #lovewildnovember#lovewildtribe
My oil collection is growing and I’m thrilled about it 🤗Everything I need to support an all around natural lifestyle is right at my fingertips.
A passion for natural living is probably what led me to essentials oils (along with a few amazing oil guides who taught me about oils -grateful for you) 🙏🏼 Now I use oils daily and it has helped me to simplify my life, reduce harmful chemicals, save money, support my health and so much more.
Opening a wholesale account was one of the best decisions I ever made because I’m able to get the highest quality oils in my home for affordable prices. Not only that, but doTERRA offers wholesale account members loyalty reward points which earns FREE oils 🙌🏽 To learn more about the loyalty rewards program, use the link in my bio 😊
Now that I’m a wellness advocate for doTERRA, oils are also helping me create a side income and work with an amazingly supportive tribe of like minded ladies 💛💛 I’d be happy to give you more information about the generous compensation plan doTERRA offers! You don’t have to be as obsessed with oils as I am 🙈 but I’m sure that will happen anyway because oils are pure magic ✨
😘 // myself // convo with my dad just now:
D: happy birthday!
Me: thanks, daaad! How are you?
D: GREAT, I’M NOT TURNING 30!! 😂😂
Me: YOU’RE LIKE 57!
So today I’m 30 on the 30th✨ // In my head I’m still 19/20 which probably why I’m super mature at my age 😘😂 plans for today: eat all the things. Plans for this year: keep growing our tribe, share all the oils, annnnnd that’s all I have planned so far 🙈 so grateful for all of you and your sweet messages this morning. Hadn’t even got out of bed and already had all the feels. You all are amazing #lovewildtribe#lovewildnovember#helloimalisha
Tonight at bedtime, Kam used the Anchor blend on her heart and has Siberian Fir in her whale diffuser, Landon has the Petal diffuser going with OnGuard in it and I busted open the brand new Lumo diffuser (I'm in love) for Sophie's room and added a few drops of Arise and a few drops of Balance. My kids intuitively want these oils as part of their routines. I'm grateful that this aspect of self-care has been instilled in all of us. Today, (okay, this whole week) my energy has been low (Thanksgiving party animal recovery) and finally this afternoon, I thought to take more action with Rose oil on my heart. I don't know why I'm not bathing in it every day. It continues to do what I need it to do!
There are other oils we used in addition to these today, but I'm realizing how quickly doTERRAs newest oils have become staples for us. If it's been a while since you've updated your oil collection, I can't recommend the yoga collection (not just for yoga obvs), Siberian Fir, and Rose Touch enough!! 👌
A rainbow of oils ✨Are there any oils you have on your wish list? I definitely want Copaiba & Frankincense soon! This is just a small snap of what we have used over the last few months to support our family's health. I have wanted to try good oils (like, really good quality oils) for years but always thought they were too expensive. But once you think about all the unnatural products you aren't using anymore for health support or pain relief or seasonal ailments - it's definitely so worth the investment. I started out small so I could take my time discovering each oil. They are so unique and special just like the plants they come from, and it's been such a journey of discovery adding them to our daily routines. Join me tonight at 8:30 pm EST when I go live to chat about @doterra & oils that boost your ability to manage holiday stressors! #hawriverhomestead#lovewildnovember
At what point does your collection become an obsession? Asking for a friend.. DONT FORGET November is an amazing month to sign up for a wholesale account. Perks galore. If you’re on the fence or have questions about an account, message me! I’d love to chat oils. #lovewildnovember
Oil stash aka plant magic ✨ 😍 what is your most used oil? Or what oil don’t you have that you want to get?? I N E E D to get helichrysum at some point. It’s probably the best first aid oil ever—good for all things pain related, including emotional/spiritual pain. Oh and it’s good for your skin so there’s that. #lovewildtribe#lovewildnovember#growloveoils
I don't know why exactly, but the world around me feels like it's beginning to change as we head closer to 2018 and the newness of a fresh year. How will you spend the last month of 2017 when it arrives? // I think I want to learn how to ski and hopefully beginning photographing portraits! 🍂✨#lovewildnovember
....we discussed this in bible study this week..... how nature brings us spiritually closer to God.....animals as well....and sometimes.....nature is church....what a beautiful day today....
“Wilderness is not a luxury, but a necessity of the human spirit” -Edward Abbey
Nick and I spend time in nature every chance we get. Being outdoors is so fulfilling for us. We especially love taking long walks together 💛 We definitely share a love for nature. A couple months ago, Nick proposed at the top of a mountian and it was the most special moment of my life.
What is your favorite way to spend time in nature?🌲#lovewildnovember#lovewildtribe#nature @lovewildtribe
Canadian friends.. have you had Kicking Horse coffee? Easily the best coffee I’ve ever had. My favorite drink.
This company is actually really cool. Fair trade. Organic. Roasted in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
What are you drinking today? #lovewildnovember
Hello book-nibblers! I hope you’ve had a lovely Monday. With how windy it’s been I only ventured outdoors long enough to do some holiday shopping and to pick up a book from the library (one of my new-found favorite things of all time). 🌲. Since working with several small businesses this past year, and getting to know many creators and makers here on Instagram, I’ve come to treasure local/handmade/small batch goods more than ever. I highly recommend supporting small businesses during your holiday gift shopping this year! There are real people behind each sale, and I promise you they cherish your purchase more than you know. 🌲. A personal note... As a fellow business owner, know that your support for my books means the world! Every purchase, review, and message of encouragement is a light in my life and a motivator to keep writing. Thank you all! 🕯📚 ☕️

My favorite drink is actually probably water, which is totally boring. but in the summer (or when we go out), it’s lemonade, and in the winter hot cocoa orrrr this chicory root tea, which tastes a bit like coffee. It’s really bitter and good for your digestive health, but probably not so much with all the whipped cream or chocolate that I add sometimes but YOLO or whatever 🤷🏻♀️ #lovewildtribe#lovewildnovember
➵ M O N D A Y || is it bad that i’m still drinking pumpkin coffee + it’s almost december? part of me just doesn’t want to let fall go, i guess 🍃 my favorite warm drink is either black coffee or a hot cup of green tea with some apple cider vinegar! what’s your favorite cozy beverage right now? i want to try some new things! ☕️
Those of you who ordered the On Guard/Breathe BOGO should be getting them this week 😍 did you get yours already? Have you used it?? We have a post on our blog with five ways you can use it, but here are a few more: 🌱 add a couple of drops to the shower or your epsom salt for a soak
🌱 diffuse 4 drops each night to help keep airways clear when you’re feeling gross or just to support yourself even when you’re feeling great
🌱 DIY an respiratory rub to apply to your chest instead of the chemical filled ones from the store. (Recipe on the blog!) 🌱 dilute and apply to chest with lemon and on guard when you have a scratchy throat and heavy chest
🌱 add a drop to your diffuser cuff
How are you using Breathe?

Our house is starting to feel like home as we slowly start to make it our own. Yesterday we put up our little tiny Christmas tree too!🎄✨
Nick is still adapting to my decor preferences. I’m not sure he was expecting a deer skull to be displayed front and center in our bedroom 😂 I’ve added some dried herbs from the garden and it’s so beautifully in tact 😍
Home was yesterday’s prompt for the #lovewildnovember photo challenge and today’s is favorite drink. Mine is black coffee. I drink the same kind every morning, it’s a fair trade organic medium/dark roast 🖤
What is your favorite drink right now?? #lovewildtribe @lovewildtribe

// h o m e // After a long few days of non-stop cousin fun, we are home. Today I was thinking about this song.
1. Home is where the heart is
And warmth and love abound.
Home is where warm, circling arms
Go all the way around.
2. Home is where there's father,
With strength and wisdom true.
Home is where there's mother
And all the children too.
3. Home is where our Father,
Who dwells in heav'n above,
Guides us in the way we live
And lets us feel his love.
I am grateful that my extended familys homes feel like home to us as well. I'm grateful for the like-minded love of a Father in heaven and warm circling arms. Thank you to my parents (and Adams as well) for creating a loving family culture. Sundays are my favorite day because I get to listen to my kids happily playing together all day long. Happy Sabbath! // #lovewildnovember @lovewildtribe #home#Thanksgiving#momlife
➵ home. early morning light shed on new day. new mercies, new memories to be made, new laughs to be had. be present today, my loves - soak in the beauty that is around you. do things + surround yourself with people who make you happy to be alive. stop + smell the fresh flowers you pass, nourish your body + your mind with good food + conversation, make sure that the people in your life are ones that build you up + shine a light - also know what a gift you are to so many.. continue to be your wonderful selves. - k. 💛 what is your sunday looking like??
Every year my family gets together and makes a crap ton of chocolate. I'm talking this year was a small year and we were at about 100 lbs. The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. THE BEST CHOCOLATES! they are hand dipped and made with lots of love and laughter. You know it's the holiday season when you get to cover your hands wrist deep in chocolate with your loved ones! We even get the little ones involved in dipping cinnamon or gummy bears and putting the chocolates in the papers and the boxes. I've failed on the #lovewildnovember lately and this post encompasses several of them //tradition. Together. Grateful. Family//.
✨ t o g e t h e r ✨
We spent the first few years of our relationship long distance. We would get to spend a weekend together here and there. Now that we are together almost all the time I just don’t know how we did it!
When I look back on our journey together, I feel so proud of how far we’ve come. We’ve purchased our first home and we are planning our wedding. My heart is so full.
The first few months we were dating, he sang + played the guitar to the song “Better Together” by Jack Johnson. He was so nervous that he asked that I face the other direction 😂 We are definitely better together 💛 #together#lovewildnovember#lovewildtribe @lovewildtribe
// traditions + thankful // "Other things may change us but we start and end with family." -Anthony Brandt
💗Most thankful for my people. I feel incredibly blessed to have family that is all close (in proximity and relationship). Last night, my siblings and our spouses all went on a date night to an escape room. I think that's a way better tradition for Thanksgiving night than shopping, so I'm declaring 'new tradition'! I'm thankful to have amazing parents who serve us in so many ways and many cousins for kids to grow up with. I'm thankful my mom wants family pictures so that my fam gets them taken. I am sooo not on top of that and Adam can't say no to my mom!! Hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving!!!💗
Day 24: Thankful For // There are so many things to be thankful for, and many I cannot begin to name here, but I wanted to tell you all how much I am thankful for you. For your support, your kind words, your friendship, and your encouragement. Each one of you inspires me to be better every day and connecting with you a is simply a joy. I never thought I'd have so many friends, each stretching across the expanses of the world. You are special, all unique, and all beautiful. Stay hopeful, my friends, the universe is almost as amazing as your place inside it. Cherish that today. You have a purpose. 💛🍂🍁 @lovewildtribe #lovewildnovember
Things I am thankful for: Simply put, I’m thankful for life. I have found more of myself than I ever thought possible in the last few months. Thankful for my journey, for my struggles, and for the girls I have around me that make every day easier. Life is so sweet. Find what makes your heart go wild, and go there with it. #lovewildnovember

I absolutely love this quote and digging deep into what I truly want to do with my one wild and precious life. I found that I want to help as many people as I can. Through words, actions, silence and living a natural and abundant life. A life full of gratitude.
Today I am thankful I can live a life of intent. A life of health and happiness.
So tell me wild one, what to you plan to do? 🖤 What are you thankful for?
I’m so incredibly grateful for my family. As wild, loud and crazy as they can be, everything is perfect when we’re all together. Keep scrolling for some photos of my wonderful family 😊
My grandfather was telling stories of when he was in the service. He and my grandmother were living in Germany when they were pregnant with my mom. He’s a great story teller and makes me laugh harder than anyone else ❤️ It’s moments like those that you hold in your heart forever. I’m so very grateful that we are all still able to gather for the holidays and I’ll cherish the memories we make forever.
Also I baked bread and it was a hit! I’m grateful my bread turned out good and wasn’t hard as a rock like I was expecting 😂
