💥CURRENT SKINCARE ROUTINE💥 I’ve been using these products from @neutrogena_au for about 2 months and aside from hormonal breakouts my skin has never been better; balanced with plenty of H2o, a good diet and regular exercise of course 😉 (yes, I know I’m a solid 10 without makeup on 😂🤷🏼♀️) gifted by @maxmedialab available at @pricelineau #visiblyclear#neutrogenaau
Kämpa Frida kämpa!! Två dagar kvar och sedan S to the emester!!!
Did You Know?
Any skin - even oily skin- can become dehydrated (i.e., lacking water)? The telltale signs are vertical lines radiating down from your cheek and dull, even reactive skin.
Hydrabio Gel Cream was designed to address dehydrated skin. This fresh smelling moisturiser contains our Aquagenium™ patent to leave your skin noticeably hydrated and radiant!

✅ To Tone or not to Tone? ✅ TONE, TONE, TONE!
It is a well-known fact that moist skin can better absorb topical products than dry skin. Toners are not necessary but they can be a great adjunct to a skincare regimen for those that need help with oily skin or markedly plugged pores. 💦After using a cleanser with warm water and a washcloth, splash your face with cold water. Then use toner on your face, neck, and décolletage at night to complete the cleansing of the skin, and in the morning to remove sebum produced during the night and to balance your skin's pH. 🌼In reality, toning should be considered an important part of the cleansing process. A good toner will remove any remaining bits of oil, dirt and debris left behind by the cleanser. More importantly, toner will help soothe, nourish and hydrate the skin while restoring its delicate pH balance 🌿Is toner necessary? Use a gentle, soothing toner to remove oil and traces of dirt and grime. Toners are most helpful and necessary for people with oily or acne-prone skin, or for people who want extra cleansing after wearing makeup or other heavy skin products such as sunscreen.
Use toners without alcohol, which can severely dry your skin. Our toner comes in a neat little spray bottle which is absolutely fantastic and so simple & easy to apply to your face and neck. After applying toner, do not dry your skin with a towel before applying moisturizer -- just let your skin breathe and air-dry.
What in the world is this right??!
💎Well this is just a small snapshot of what it looks like when about 15,000 people hit the streets to workout together live with the best super trainers eva (Shaun T, Tony Horton, Autumn Calabrese, Chalene Johnson, Joel Freeman, and just to name a few) ☝🏼We are not all here because we LOOOVE working out, nope. I certainly don’t, but I do LOVE the way it makes me feel, the good vibes in sends to my brain, and the long lasting energy that come after a good sweat! I also feel like I (and everyone honestly) have a responsibility to take of this body God has given me! We all know it’s the only one we get, but somehow that doesn’t really sink in until life is cut way way too short by tragedy, illness, or chronic disease! 🖤There are so many people who simply do not have a healthy body that allows them to live the life they want to live, let alone exercise in the streets, and yet for some reason I am not one of them - I am blessed to still have a healthy body and mind and i’ll be damned if I waste it! 👌🏼Treat Yo Self…. by taking care of that body (and mind) you have! If you want help, let me know :) .
It was 11PM, but I still got my workout done! 🙏🏻 and with good timing, because the baby woke up!
Not gonna lie, it’s hard to take care of yourself as a new mom.
I’m not saying there isn’t any time, because EVERYBODY has 30 minutes somewhere in their day... but the time you do have, sometimes you just wanna do nothing 😂 you wanna catch up on sleep, watch TV in peace, or maybe just play an hour of iPhone games 🤷🏼♀️ but as great as all of those things are, I know they won’t help me get in shape and won’t help me stay healthy for years to come (except for sleep... sleep is important too 😉) So I did it.
I pressed play. I had fun. I got sweaty.
And now, finally, I’m showered and in bed.
On that note, GOODNIGHT! Tomorrow is another day, filled with more opportunities to choose to make my health a priority! 💪🏻

OKAYYYYY LETS TALK ABOUT WEDDINGS FOR A MINUTE (insert vulnerable, scary pics intentionally including my engagement ring that you see here) 💍👰🏼 •
Once Patrick and I set a date for our wedding, I started looking up timelines for making sure everything gets done on @pinterest. Anyone who knows me knows that I looove me some Pinterest, but something I saw was really upsetting to me:
On almost every single one of the wedding timelines, one of the tasks listed to get done within the first 30-60 days of being engaged was to find a trainer and write a meal plan. •
I’m sorry, what??
What is WITH this toxic diet culture being so freaking prevalent that we feel we have to change ourselves for major life events?? If you want to get in shape for your wedding that’s your prerogative, but know that it will not make your day any more magical, special, or memorable if you’re skinny. •
My man fell in love with me in this body, proposed to me in this body, and thinks I am beautiful in this body. And ya know what? HE GONE MARRY ME IN THIS BODY. Because I refuse to allow diet culture to rob me of enjoying every step of this season of life. I refuse to allow my eating disorder to rob me of my wedding day. I refuse to allow a few “extra” pounds to rob me of the experience of wedding dress shopping. I 👏🏻 re 👏🏻 fuse 👏🏻
I have been the “skinny friend” and the “fit girl” for my entire life so know I speak from experience when I tell you being thin will never make you happy or fix your problems.
Do I love every part of my body? No. But I accept it where it is and I love all of the things my (mostly) healthy body allows me to do. Like marry the love of my life in a dress that makes me feel like a princess!
So next time you’re surfing @pinterest and see something that promotes toxic diet culture, remember you are so much more than the scale, your size, or the rolls on your tummy.
As always, never hesitate to reach out for support ❤️

This was exciting to write. ••
The prompt was: we would like to challenge each of you to do two things that you currently do not do because of body image concerns. For example, wearing a form-fitting shirt or tank top, not wearing make-up, exercising in public, etc.” ———
I thought long and hard ya’ll and I couldn’t come up with anything. I can’t think of a single thing I avoid doing because of body image concerns. ••
Boy do I remember them from the past though. I once forced myself to give up make-up for lent because my relationship with it had gotten so out of control (I also remember changing that to /just eye make-up/ because I hated my blotchy skin and felt like a “hideous monster” if I didn’t wear foundation or cover-up. I remember being scared to wear shorts or a swimsuit because I would get picked on. I remember feeling like I couldn’t wear certain shirts because of how they made my “flabby” arms and “muffin top” show. I remember feeling so poor in goodwill clothes, ashamed that people would see what an “uncool loser” I was.
Holy cow, the lies we tell ourselves. ••
Glad to say I made it out the other side and am now dedicating my life to celebrating people through that journey. The world will try to tell you what you “should” look like, but that’s bull.
You are perfect EXACTLY as you are and all people deserve love regardless of their physical appearance. ••••
Going to learn more about #thebodyproject with #neda tomorrow and am excited to apply these skills to helping more folks on this journey.
