It’s the quietest (and stillest) she’s been all day!
Just as I predicted Ava was her whirlwind self today and literally everything was setting off an epic tantrum.
The day is finally coming to an end and we are just having a half hour chill with the gnomes before her shower and bed time...
hey, @dustygoldflakes thanks for taking me out on an airplane and granting me an afternoon filled with nazi zombies and your mothers chocolate chip cookies. i do, however, have a question for you: $$ yung monay? $$ hashtag WEEZY
Happy Friday Eve!! I don’t know about you, but once we get past hump day, I basically consider it the weekend. 🤷🏼♀️😂 For #throwbackthursday today, I’m throwing it back to one of my favorite pictures! Do you have a photo that you look at and remember how genuinely happy you were when it was taken?
That’s how I feel about this picture. Not a care in the world, just twirling in a field of flowers!
Let’s all channel some happy, flower field twirling energy today and have a great day! 😉 Happy Thursday friends!
It’s been a BIG month over here at Birth Squad HQ. We have moved (can I get a big fat giant fucking YAY) and trained Havana to be a domestic goddess 😍 (jokes, she did a shit job 🤣) all while working on some big ideas (literally can not turn my brain off. Ever!). And I wanted to take a moment to say a big fat THANKYOU because there were soooooo many people who helped us get here, from the most generous acts, the kindest messages, words of encouragement and just for all of the help. Thankyou Thankyou THANKYOU! I love and appreciate every single one of you, espesh those of you who I’ve yet to meet who have done so much, more than you’ll ever really know. I fucking love insta! Now let me leave you with you Havana practising her washing up skills #startemyoung and OH if you haven’t voted in the poll in my stories yet please do!!
Orchids in abundance... Hanging from trees, overcrowding balconies, casually curated into decor and found at many offerings. (Coming from the dry, drab drought-riddled city of Cape Town this is obviously a minor but bright highlight.)
"This review is extremely late but here we go ... late last year after our nine month old miss decided she wanted to wake up to feed multiple times during the night every single night, leaving us completely exhausted. One day after putting the car into drive instead of reverse almost driving though our front bedroom I realised that enough was enough and we needed to do something to stop this sleep exhaustion. I had became an emotional zombie.
We contacted Donna and have never looked back - her support and gentle methods literally saved us. It also gave me my life back and I was a whole new person within a couple of days". Sarah - Lacey 9m"
Hi i’m Kait. I’m an INTFJ - yes I know there is one too many letters, but I’m truly half ruled by my head, half by my heart, which is probably why big decisions are impossible for me. And I’m 100 percent introverted. (Still don’t know what the other two letters mean & also don’t care.) Sometimes the simplest tasks give me anxiety bc I get so nervous talking to new people. I’m terrible at small talk & completely awful at interviews. Most of the time I feel pretty awkward in my body, like I used to constantly hit my head on things bc I didn’t comprehend how tall I was. I’m 5’9”. I get easily overwhelmed by all the chaos & uncertainty in the world, like how can children still be starving? Why is slavery is still real? Where does all trash go? And what the f*** can I do? I have no idea why I’m sharing this info btw. Maybe simply bc sharing anything personal about myself feels so uncomfortable, especially on social media where everything can seem so fake & disconnected. I guess I wanted to make this photo a little more real, so when I started writing the caption, this is what came out. ✌🏻
The reality of coming home after a holiday... 5am wake ups due to tome zone difference!! 😴
But it’s daycare day and time to get ready for my baby boys 1st birthday tomorrow 🙌🏻🙈✨ Feeling all the feels today!
tiny Wolfe Conrad,
my little mongoose! I can’t believe it was 2yrs ago that I first held you in my arms. You’ve grown into quite a snuggly loving, super smart little human, your surprising me everyday with your new words/phrases, you love your brother fiercely and copy EVERYTHING he does.... you are making great progress with the potty... you call me maame & you always want to snuggle or give me kisses (which I treasure)
You are sooo friendly and make new friends wherever we go, your so inquisitive asking what things are. You dance, sing, drum your such a happy noisy blessing & I love you forever & always xo your mommy (maame) 😍#2yearsold#happybirthdaybaby#wolfeconrad#lettertowolfe
Every time I show up to work, I am a little bit hoping I am busy because, money. But I am also a little bit hoping I am not, because it's kid free time that I get to do whatever I want.
I showed up to work today with my first hour FREEEEE, so I grabbed one of my friends and we went for a nice walk along the greenbelt.
I'd say that's a pretty good start to the day 🤗
| F O U R MoNtHs | This little man is officially 4 months old! He has been nothing but pure joy since he joined our family and I’m so blessed to be his mommy! He can rollover and is getting close to sitting up on his own. He still hates tummy time and does not like to be alone. He is obsessed with his big brother and “hopefully” will be sleeping through the night in the near future 😉
Wolfe is completely train obsessed.... He completely loved the b/day present I had to hide for a week from him... I REALLY hate the fact this is sooo much plastic but Wolfe reckoned it was the best thing ever, here he was concentrating so hard it was the funniest thing ever 😂 #2yearold#trainlover#happybirthdaybaby#toddlerofinstagram#hbdwolfe

Hey hey! 👋🏻 I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself to those of you who are new around here!
My name is Lissa (pronounced Lih-suh, not Lee-suh.) I live in Fresno, California with my hubby Joseph, our son Eli, and our goldendoodle Lucy. 🧔🏻👩🏼👶🏻🐶 I’m 23 years old, and I grew up in Utah. I studied photography at Utah Valley University and it’s my first love!
I have a passion for creating things. Whether that be photos, designs, hand lettering, home decor, or painting, I find that it clears my mind and allows me to express myself.
Thank you for following along with me! I’d love to get to know you better, introduce yourself would ya? 👇🏻
