Il weekend è dedicato al riposo. Niente tv, nessuna fonte di dispersione del tempo a disposizione, pochi minuti al giorno per i phone, mac, social, telefonate. Nessuna chat. Nessuna interferenza.
Qui la primavera sa un po’ sempre di Natale e gli unici rumori sotto casa sono il ruscello che scorre acqua perenne e qualche passo di chi come me ama svegliarsi prestissimo per respirare.
Oggi ho prenotato un’ora di massaggio perché la mia schiena è più importante in alcuni momenti, della mia testa. Senza di lei mi è impossibile portare avanti qualsiasi pensiero positivo.
