Worked on my overhead squats again. I've been hesitant to go heavy on overhead squats, because I was afraid to hurt my shoulder. But... it's been a year. Time to get over it. 🏋🏼♀️ PR‘d my 3 RM OH Squat at 50kg and got my pre-injury 1 RM back. We can build from here.🛠️ Then WOD class with
5 strict pull-ups
8 strict press @ ~70% (30kg)
Max reps push press at same weight.

The WOD was tackling weaknesses.

Took me 14 minutes and change to get through this, but I got through it. Afterwards the obligatory handstand push-ups of the day and now food and rest. Let's see how I feel tomorrow. Right now I feel like I'm melting in this heat.
Day in the life:
Wake up with child at 6am, cuddle so she goes back to sleep until 7am. •
Fix kids breakfast and have a cup of tea (forget to make own breakfast)
Nanny picks up kids (praise be)
Pack car for @businesschicks (Taking a fucking 2 metre light on the plan tomorrow ha ha) •
Organise NSW RSA. At the office.
Meeting with @entourageevents for exciting future events
Networking lunch for #goldenplainsshire where I ate the entire cheese platter after two glasses of sparkling
Back at the office for admin
Weekly coaching call with Kate toon while sipping on gin + @madamedry.
Half drunk because of sparkling + gin and only eating cheese all day.
Pack for business chicks for 9am flight in the morning. •
